We ordered new blinds ahead of window replacement as we've ordered blinds.com cellular shades for 5 other windows in the past and they were excellent. (Unfortunately the window company is not as accurate as blinds.com!) I'm trusting that the same accurate order, etc is in the box! My initial Purchase was for 12 different size black out blinds with a combination of top down bottom up and just bottom up and two Door Windows They got every one of them right! Wow! So I just ordered one more for a window we thought would benefit from it and of course a perfect fit!

Lots of helpful information for measuring and in general. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and contacted customer service in a timely matter to cancel. They were able to accommodate my request no problem and the refund was issued back to my account.

We have ordered from Blinds.com three times. The first set of blinds we ordered lasted ten years(!).After ordering our second set that I didn't realize were very sheer, I called and let the customer service worker know I needed to replace them with something with more coverage. He helped me understand my options and offered to replace the too sheer option with another set that was light blocking. There was a charge to replace them, and it really was my error, not Blinds.com's fault, so I was fine with that. Each of the three sets we have ordered are a solid product. They arrive quickly and are packed well for shipping. We are more than satisfied with the product and the shopping experience. See you again in 10 years!

Did a whole cottage with your blinds and was very happy. I am now doing my home with your blinds and and the 6th one I have bought for this house sticks out from window and leaves gaps on side. And it is a bathroom where you need privacy.

Easy ordering and installation process!
Fits perfectly! The only issue was I thought I ordered the blinds that just snapped in the window seal but when arrived has brackets to drill. A little disappointed with that but made it work!

Unfortunately my order took several weeks longer due to the hurricane that occurred shortly after I placed my order -- no fault of Blinds.com. Blinds arrived well-packaged but I had to go online to print out the instructions to install them. Installation was easy.

The shopping experience was fine. Delivery time was okay as well. The shipper could have done better with handling the boxes. The product is adequate but not as nice as other blinds that I have gotten the past which were obviously a different brand and most likely more expensive.

Blinds are very nice. We ordered 9 different ones. One came without the hardware and we had to call and order them. It took 5 hours to get someone on the phone. And when it came all the parts weren't there. Had to go through same process again. Took 3 weeks. Also we
Ordered 2 blackout cellular shades and neither one shuts down to the bottom. They leave a 2 inch gap.

Good so far. Blinds received early and were excellent quality. Perfect fit and very easy to install myself. Would certainly buy here again!

Piece of cake! Too many options that all look the same though on the website... Would be nice to have some better filters, or educational materials would be helpful (some quick videos) about the different material types, etc.
