Live in the artic and order roman blinds for a rear door. Great material, nicely lined but the bottom rail and sewing is uneven. Looks horrible when raised.as one end is higher than the other. No contact info was provided to discuss the issue with.
Ordered exact dimensions blinds with the understanding that when they made the product they would leave a tolerance. 3 blinds delivered, all were exact same size as my opening so I can't use them. Called customer service, they said there's nothing they can do for me. $100 wasted, never ordering from this website again.
Our blind was received exactly as ordered within a reasonable time period (about 3 weeks). However, the width was about 1/2" each side too short and there is some light coming into the room; not as tight a fit as we've had in the past.

The salesman Chris B. Should have advised me that cellular block out shades mounted externally will not block out light. How could he not know that since he said he's been selling for years? Now the two street lights shine in my bedroom every night and the morning sun comes in through the large gap around the sides of the shades. I bought at least eight block out cellular shades with external mounting. Anybody buys block out shades to block out the light yet I wasn't advised that external mounting means that the light will not be blocked out. This is the most simple way to have helped me and yet it wasn't done.
Tip for consumers:
If the salespeople were knowledgeable of the product. In my case he was not. And could not help me select the right product.

We bought blinds for six identical windows in our newly completed sun room. High quality and smooth operation enables us to regulate the sun exposure depending on outside temps. These blinds open from the top and bottom so we can block any portion of the window to achieve our exact need, be it sun control or privacy. We love them!

From the easy to do ordering and measuring instructions to shipping and installation. Everything was a Breeze. My only complaint was i messed up when deciding what side to put the pull chain. My mistake, but honestly I'm sure they would have fixed it if I asked.

Ordering was easy and to the point. I guess our main concern is the actual quality of the blinds we bought. Pricing was about half of the ones we liked on a known brand such as, Levelor, Bali, etc.

I have ordered here before. The instructions are easy, the visual updates make it simple to see what you blinds will look like. I made a couple of mistakes that the company pleasantly corrected for me. The customer service is a standard that most companies should be based on in my opinion.

My new shades are so cool. I can let in a lot more light and see my neighbors beautiful trees when I slide the blind down from the top. I had a good time measuring the space, ordering online and a seamless delivery. I will order from Blinds.com again in the future.
