Easy to pick your product and order. Hope it is as nice as it looks online and that we can handle the installation. It looks pretty simple and they seem to have easy to understand instructions. We are waiting for warmer weather to install our new solar blind. Looking forward to it!
I purchased one shade for a larger window where I could raise from the bottom, or lower from the top. I love it! Keeps my neighbors from prying into the room, while allowing light in from top. It's a very relaxing. Easy installation, smooth operation.
Very much appreciated the help from designer Paul on my purchase. He was great in helping me identify more samples to suit our needs. I was frustrated that I couldn't get the roller shade that I wanted in motorized form. Was also disappointed that despite ordering my fabric to come in vertical layout, it came standard. In the end though, we're pleased with everything. The customer service is quite good here.
They addressed the issues I outlined above by offering to replace the shade if I wasn’t happy with it once it was hung. Very pleasant rep diffused me.

Nice and easy, with a second set of eyes and hands on.
The original order I was not offered or did I ask for a sample, but tried to do the color match by photos emailed back and forth with Jason, and I did not inquire as to how heavy faux blinds would be. Once I received the order I found the color match needed to be darker. I called the next business day and from there you all helped me resolve the issues of color match and weight over the following week, once I received the wood blind color samples that I should of had before I ordered. The 2nd order went well with your assistance and recommendations. I will donate the original to a charity as you requested, since you did not want them returned, and your more than generous.
I received the 2nd order this afternoon and I will be going through the packing list and boxes in the next 2 days.

I have been unable to file a claim for a shutter that arrived broken. I have tried emailing, calling to no avail. Their post purchase product support and warranty claims are a scam. Do not buy from this company, they don't stand behind their products. I resorted to filing a charge back with American Express.

Had a great experience purchasing blinds from Blinds.com. Had a question about color matching between blackout and non-blackout blinds and used the chat function to get to a quick and definitive answer. Blinds were a little long in getting to me but, honestly, not that bad. Easily installed them in a day.

It was great! We live in a 1934 restored farmhouse with a lot of odd size windows. We took the $199 installation option, which included a professional re measure of all the windows. Shades were all installed and look beautiful.

The blinds fit perfectly. The only problem I had was a defective mounting bracket. That was an easy solution as I went out to a Big Box store with the defective bracket in hand and purchased a set of three for $6 to finish my install.

I submitted a negative review and received an email saying it would not be published. The installation instructions did not match my product. There was an ugly safety device not pictured on the website that I did not want on my French door. Be aware that the high ratings posted on Blinds.com are skewed. Avoid this company.

I love shopping with Blinds.Com. I'm a repeat customer. Every blind in my house is from Blinds.Com, as well as the privacy screens on the screened porch. All fit perfectly, and have lasted for years. I've only changed blinds due to changing the color scheme. I would never shop anywhere else for window coverings.

I placed an order on 11/13/22 and received a portion of my custom order within weeks while the balance remained "In Production" for 13 weeks. Initial delivery was estimated to be in Mid-December and it is now the end of January and only claims to have shipped yesterday because I called to cancel the order. Website still claims it is in production and customer service rep would not email me with the ship confirmation. Not truthful and not honest in their representation of facts. Unless you have unlimited capacity to wait for them, I would steer clear of this organization.
