Very easy to use website, selection and price. The installation process was flawless, they came onsite to measure and the scheduled installation. They showed up on time and did a great job.

The hardest part was making a decision as to style and color. Triple checked my measurements, all 3 blinds fit perfect and look great. Had a little difficulty understanding placement of the valance. Once I reread instructions I finally figured out diagram and realized valance was popped on after installation. All worked out. Pleased.
We ordered 11 shutters for our new home and they fit perfectly and look awesome! They were fairly easy to install. We're glad we ordered from Blinds.com
Paul C was very helpful. The blinds are shipped from China so having an American base is very helpful. Amazon attempts to set up communication directly with China. Blinds. Com answers right away and helps with designing the order.
Unless you can speak Chinese I would stick with Americans at Blonds. Com!
Amazing options. Great shopping experience and delivery was on time, despite it being the holiday season. Great blinds but I wish the slats were higher quality. I should have upgraded. I would suggest getting the sample prior to purchase.
Fairly easy to navigate choices. Wish it was easier to filter choose only double cellular options. Check out smooth. Wish there was more detail on what the fabric looks like for cellular options. Blinds took a few weeks to arrive. Installation was surprisingly easy and very pleased with look and working of blinds.
The set up was simple however the pkg was delivered without the brackets needed to mount the blinds. Thankfully the tech had extra brackets in his van and was able to mount the blinds.
I love my new blinds. Ordering was easy and they arrived exactly on time. They were very easy to install. I ordered the woven wood blinds in Tibetan Cotton. They have a fresh clean look that really pops against the aqua walls in my bedroom.
Your sales come and go so I am never sure I am getting the best price. I chose you because your competitor, who I have purchased from in the past, charges an $89 over size freight fee. Let's hope your quality is as good as theirs.
Received my order and happy with the quality. What I am disappointed with is that the shutters are made in China. Perhaps I might have to shop around more in the future.
