The hardest part about my order was deciding what to purchase! So many great choices! Installation was a breeze! I wish the Coolio patio shades were a little less sheer but they certainly help our patio dramatically!
Very well made, easy to order. The louvers tilt the wrong way. Anyone outside and below can look int the room. Levelor tilts the other way for greater security.
Live in the artic and order roman blinds for a rear door. Great material, nicely lined but the bottom rail and sewing is uneven. Looks horrible when raised.as one end is higher than the other. No contact info was provided to discuss the issue with.
I had high hopes for these cellular blinds because we had just recently gotten a set that worked out really well. These, however, had a broken part in them upon arrival and also missing screws (still need to contact them about it because they make you call), and they just feel like paper. I really like how they look but I'm terrified that our 2 year old will rip them the second he sees them.
Ordered exact dimensions blinds with the understanding that when they made the product they would leave a tolerance. 3 blinds delivered, all were exact same size as my opening so I can't use them.

Perfect instructions for measuring the window such that they fit and they did perfectly. I liked their website as it showed what the blinds would look like when finished, color, size and trim options chosen.
Very good experience ordering & receiving. But, one of the 8 blinds I ordered has already broken. A string at the top broke and now I cannot open or close the blind. I plan to call customer service to see how I can remedy this problem. Also had to go & buy stronger screws, as the ones I received with my order strip out and are useless.
Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
