“"My Blinds" Brand Provide Superior Quality and Richness of Fabric”

This is my second time ordering. I selected a different brand because their sample swatches were a great fit for the bedrooms. Very substantial fabric. These are blackout and they do a great job. Also, you did an amazing job with measurements.The fit is fantastic. There is very little gap at the edge of the window. Made by Hunter Douglas, "My Blinds" uses a button-operated retraction that helps the blind go up fast. ( It almost feels self-propelled.) My concern is the second shade I purchased does not retract with as much power. I have to help it to the top of the window. Should I be concerned? Can the tension in the string system be tightened? Thank you.

I purchased one shade for a larger window where I could raise from the bottom, or lower from the top. I love it! Keeps my neighbors from prying into the room, while allowing light in from top. It's a very relaxing. Easy installation, smooth operation.

I received my blinds which were safely packaged when delivered. There was no damage to the packaging which was an initial concern of mine when ordering. I ordered two sets of blinds and all parts and instructions were included. Installation was straightforward given I had some understanding with having removed the previous blinds. These are so difficult to move up and down that my wife has a hard time and my 6 year old cant even open these in her room. Customer service says they will make it right but then sends me a video on how to adjust them myself. Really I'm going to go adjust 22 shades because you couldn't manufacture them correctly... Thats just absurd to even ask of a customer. I refuse. So they send a third party installer because they do not have their own technicians to adjust them. Was able to marginally adjust some of them a little bit and some not at all. So I'm stuck with over $3000 worth of shades that are unusable for my family. The customer service agents say they will stand by their product but then the next one just wants to argue. I don't know how many times I've called and called and e-mailed and repeated myself over and over again to each different person I spoke with, with zero results. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS! If you need shades or Bilind I would advise you to spend a little more and shop elsewhere!

I really like my blinds and the color I picked. I put them up myself with very few problems. I got better with each blind. Three of the blinds were pretty long at around 73". Soooo, after they have been drawn down for a while, I have to work at it just a bit to put them up. But I think that is to be expected. I will be ordering several more blinds in the future. Thanks.
