Very good experience ordering & receiving. But, one of the 8 blinds I ordered has already broken. A string at the top broke and now I cannot open or close the blind. I plan to call customer service to see how I can remedy this problem. Also had to go & buy stronger screws, as the ones I received with my order strip out and are useless.
I ordered these higher-priced blinds because a representative assured me they would fit my doors. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found they did not fit. After reaching out, I was informed that the only suitable alternative was a significantly less expensive option—approximately $1,000 less. I then requested a refund for the price difference, as the original recommendation came from a Blinds.com representative and led to this error. However, I was told that no refund would be issued, even though the mistake was on your team's part. This experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to rely on your team for accurate product guidance in the future.
Michael the sales rep was FANTASTIC! I could not find how to order the blinds wanted online. Called your number and Michael helped me.

Paul was very helpful in suggesting another style of blind that would ship earlier than the previous style.Yes, while I was not interested in non-corded blinds, but needed them ASAP Paul told me that the non-corded blinds would ship sooner and get to me on my time schedule. The blinds seem generally well made, depending on the model, and arrive quickly from China. That's the extent of the positives.
Customer Service and Support is nonexistent. Their automated AI Bot is useless, it understands only very simple questions, responses are always either completely wrong, or requiring a human. Twice I've gotten to what might be a human, both times giving me either the wrong information, or information about a blind I don't have, even after I supplied my order number! 30 minutes of my life wasted. I was then told to make a video of my very simple issue "so it can be shared with the vendor". I thought they were the vendor? Turns out Blinds.com is a front for various, mostly Chinese, blind companies. Blinds.com therefore knows very little about the products they sell. If you decide you want an extra part for a blind you bought, they are nowhere to be found on the site. So, if you want an extension cord or an extra mount, cord, extra remote—any part for your blinds — they aren't offered after the sale. In fact they offer zero parts, accessories for anything they sell.
If you go to the website, there is no Support section. None. Zero. The FAQ section seems like an afterthought, only answering the most basic questions. So, buyer beware, although Home Depot now owns Blind.com, there is nothing close to the level of Customer Service you get from them!
Since they no longer accept emails, it's either the chat, which is worthless or calling them. Wait times are long. In 2024, this is unacceptable, considering the CS Amazon offers, it's not even competitive.

I received my blinds which were safely packaged when delivered. There was no damage to the packaging which was an initial concern of mine when ordering. I ordered two sets of blinds and all parts and instructions were included. Installation was straightforward given I had some understanding with having removed the previous blinds. The new blinds look great and work with no issues. I look forward to many years of not having to order blinds again.

Seemed easy. We overestimated size on one so it's quite tight but that was totally our fault. The shipment arrived about a week earlier than we expected which was fantastic. We are very happy with how it turned out

These are so difficult to move up and down that my wife has a hard time and my 6 year old cant even open these in her room. Customer service says they will make it right but then sends me a video on how to adjust them myself. Really I'm going to go adjust 22 shades because you couldn't manufacture them correctly... Thats just absurd to even ask of a customer. I refuse. So they send a third party installer because they do not have their own technicians to adjust them. Was able to marginally adjust some of them a little bit and some not at all. So I'm stuck with over $3000 worth of shades that are unusable for my family. The customer service agents say they will stand by their product but then the next one just wants to argue. I don't know how many times I've called and called and e-mailed and repeated myself over and over again to each different person I spoke with, with zero results. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS! If you need shades or Bilind I would advise you to spend a little more and shop elsewhere!

I really like my blinds and the color I picked. I put them up myself with very few problems. I got better with each blind. Three of the blinds were pretty long at around 73". Soooo, after they have been drawn down for a while, I have to work at it just a bit to put them up. But I think that is to be expected. I will be ordering several more blinds in the future. Thanks.

I submitted a negative review and received an email saying it would not be published. The installation instructions did not match my product. There was an ugly safety device not pictured on the website that I did not want on my French door. Be aware that the high ratings posted on Blinds.com are skewed. Avoid this company.

The material these blinds are made out of is extremely thin. Like paper. I doubt my blinds will last long. I should have gotten a sample before I made my purchase. This explains how the costs are kept so low.

We didn't look at the video and maybe the installer should have. They are up but it doesn't seem they are securely in place. He seem to have had a hard time getting them to snap. The installer has put of hundreds of blinds in the past.

This is my third order. I've had no problems ordering, arriving and quality has been good. This time thou the blinds sway in the windows. The rail does not seem to be a strong as my last order. These were single honeycomb and my others were double.

Shopping online is shopping on line. It hase it's downside. The only thing I could say about this site is: it needs better color pictures when choosing a the colors. It really needs to improve. Blind price is very good. Called asked a question, supernice person and she had an answer.

I had ordered 8 blinds for our church. When they came. I only received half of my order. I contacted Blinds.com. And they wasted no time at all trying to locate our blinds. They decided that the blinds had been lost in shipment so they began right away replacing the blinds that were lost. I couldn't have asked anyone to be more helpful than Blinds.com. Web page was freezing up for a bit, but I don't' know if that was due to issues on my side with the internet.
When the blinds arrived I was surprised that even though I'd measured that the window had the required depth, the instructions that came with the blinds wanted slightly more space. Apparently this is because the number I was looking at on the website was the "minimum required depth" to install, but not the required depth to have the blinds entirely contained in the window well, which was the number on the instructions that came with the blinds. This isn't a huge problem, but it could have been clearer.
