Very good experience ordering & receiving. But, one of the 8 blinds I ordered has already broken. A string at the top broke and now I cannot open or close the blind. I plan to call customer service to see how I can remedy this problem. Also had to go & buy stronger screws, as the ones I received with my order strip out and are useless.
I ordered these higher-priced blinds because a representative assured me they would fit my doors. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found they did not fit. After reaching out, I was informed that the only suitable alternative was a significantly less expensive option—approximately $1,000 less. I then requested a refund for the price difference, as the original recommendation came from a Blinds.com representative and led to this error. However, I was told that no refund would be issued, even though the mistake was on your team's part. This experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to rely on your team for accurate product guidance in the future.
The Blinds.com website is super easy to use. I loved the prices. I will be ordering from them in the future. The blinds arrived quicker than expected and were super easy to install ourselves. We are really glad we ordered these. They look great!

I was confused on the website, so I wanted to call a sales rep for help. I wanted the top down bottom up blinds, that is specifically why I called. When I got my blinds they were the pull down type. I don't know where I/or it went wrong. They are ok, but not what I wanted.

Experience with the installation is not good. There are blinds 5 blinds for which the Edge moulding was not fixed. I have tried calling blinds.com to report teh issues and they have told me that the installer will report the issue and they will take action. Nothing happened so far, it been moe than 10days.

It took me awhile to convince myself to order shades on line. The price difference finally convinced me. We read the instructions several times (very user friendly instructions) then we measured several times. Ordering was laid out step by step and was very easy. Shade came before the date estimated and was packaged very well. We could not be more pleased overall and will use them again on our next blind order.

Website is very easy to use and I appreciate how it lays out details.
When I ordered my blinds, I was ignorant to some areas so I believe I ordered incorrectly.
My main issue and what i cant figure out, is did I miss something as far as the material blinds are made out of? We got some thicker blinds for our bedroom (1.5"). What I didnt expect is for the material to feel so papery, when installing bedroom blinds, I noticed a few crinkles in the paper that I must've creased on install and now cant get them out.
I will continue to order blinds and am chalking this up as an expensive lesson that I created.

My most recent purchase was for room darkening shades for an apartment I Iease out. The order was for both a bedroom window and a door. The blinds worked great. Sizing was perfect and installation for both blinds was maybe 15-20 minutes. I've purchased many window treatments from Blinds.com over the years (top-down/bottom up for privacy in my own home) and have found the products to be decorative and robust. I will definitely be ordering from Blinds.com in the future.

I originally clicked on the style, but had a misunderstanding on the intro page about black out blinds. I later went into the customize and buy section and that section wasn't difficult after I understood exact what fit best for me. The add another option button made the duplicating the order to adjust a different size was nice! Installation was actually much easier than I expected and the blinds are beautiful and work very well for the southern Arizona heat! Also, check closely with how to measure your windows for the blinds.

I love the customer service tentative and care. I just had the product to fit in the window opening, and it was a little tight. I was expecting it to be a little more loose to operate freely up and down, but unfortunately it is not. I'll have to trim it a little to fit better.
