Very good experience ordering & receiving. But, one of the 8 blinds I ordered has already broken. A string at the top broke and now I cannot open or close the blind. I plan to call customer service to see how I can remedy this problem. Also had to go & buy stronger screws, as the ones I received with my order strip out and are useless.
I ordered these higher-priced blinds because a representative assured me they would fit my doors. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found they did not fit. After reaching out, I was informed that the only suitable alternative was a significantly less expensive option—approximately $1,000 less. I then requested a refund for the price difference, as the original recommendation came from a Blinds.com representative and led to this error. However, I was told that no refund would be issued, even though the mistake was on your team's part. This experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to rely on your team for accurate product guidance in the future.
Previously, I ordered two very large inside the frame blinds (measured correctly!) for my house and they were fine. I recently ordered a blind to go in my RV that had to be a specific width. I filled out all of the pertinent ordering information on the website but they made the blind too short. And unbeknownst to me their sure fit guarantee is only applicable for 30 days. So I went through their warranty blah, blah, blah, sent photos, etc. And of course, they refused to honor the warranty. They told me what they sent me was what I'd ordered and I needed to review their measurements instructions So no honoring the warranty whatsoever. Needless to say I'll be ordering from another company moving forward.

I'm a repeat buyer. The only improvement would be to have better picture examples of the materials. I'm trying to pick out a roller shade and the pictures of the colors are not very clear.

I purchased outdoor Coolaroo shades for my porch thinking I could hang them and found out after I would not be able to. Due to their policy the blinds were non refundable. Jessica was able to look into further and came up with a solution. I was so grateful that she took the time to hear my situation and assisted me the best way she could. I so appreciated it!

I had been trying for months to purchase or order mini-blinds and the websites are difficult to maneuver or they don't have blinds in the size that I needed. I will be back here time and again.

I've been putting this off because I thought it was going to be a lot harder to figure out sizing. But this was such an easy shopping experience. I wish I'd done it sooner. The blinds are beautiful and the installers installed in 20 minutes. I do wish the website did a better job of showing light blockage. I probably would've ordered different blinds.

I love blinds.com! Easy to order, excellent customer service, easy installation! We have used their service for several years now and every order our experience and expectations have be excellent. Only one time was the order incorrect due to my size entry error, and the sent the correct one out immediately. Customer service was very helpful with ideas for which product to use in our new home with custom windows.

I love shopping with Blinds.Com. I'm a repeat customer. Every blind in my house is from Blinds.Com, as well as the privacy screens on the screened porch. All fit perfectly, and have lasted for years. I needed a new blind but didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars. I got a terrific Roman shade for around $100 that looks nice and provides privacy. I wish it was a bit thicker and perhaps a nice fabric, but it is perfectly fine.

I ordered a lot of blinds form them and one was 3 inches short. Not from a mismeasurement on my part. To get a replacement for the blind they made me hang it back up, take a photo with a measuring tape next to the improperly cut blind. It was annoying because the house I bought it for was 30 minutes away so I had to spend 30 minutes driving there, 15 minutes hanging and photographing, and 30 minutes driving back for an error on their part. I asked them if I could just send them back the blind and they measure it and they said no.

The blinds are excellent and a good price. I originally had the insulation in Denver, NC scheduled with JP Installers but that appointment was canceled without letting me know. The appointment was rescheduled for a week away and on the day of the appointment they canceled once again and set up another appointment for another week away.
Both Blinds.com and the installers are unconcerned about the time this is taking. The installers let me know that they were the only company in Denver and so they could behave however they wanted without repercussions. If you live in this area I strongly suggest using another company to both purchase blinds and to have them installed.
