Very good experience ordering & receiving. But, one of the 8 blinds I ordered has already broken. A string at the top broke and now I cannot open or close the blind. I plan to call customer service to see how I can remedy this problem. Also had to go & buy stronger screws, as the ones I received with my order strip out and are useless.
I ordered these higher-priced blinds because a representative assured me they would fit my doors. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found they did not fit. After reaching out, I was informed that the only suitable alternative was a significantly less expensive option—approximately $1,000 less. I then requested a refund for the price difference, as the original recommendation came from a Blinds.com representative and led to this error. However, I was told that no refund would be issued, even though the mistake was on your team's part. This experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to rely on your team for accurate product guidance in the future.
Has been really easy so far... Everything went very well. The people I dealt with at blinds.com were great. The only tiny problem was the corner of one of the slats was folded over but it's totally minor.

Easy website to navigate. You just measure and fill in the blanks, so awesome. And you get to see a sample of what your window will look like. Would recommend this website to anyone wanting blinds. Not to mention it was less than half the price I found anywhere else.

Easy to navigate website. Only isssue was advertised price was with promo code however when item added to cart it reverted to full price necessitating me to type in promo code. This could cause someone to miss the price increase when adding product to cart. Maybe have code auto populate in future. Blinds are great. Installation was simple. The blinds work smoothly. So far so good.

This company is truly awful. When I called to complain about the blinds and try to take advantage of the supposed satisfaction guarantee I was told to donate the blinds and send them a copy of the receipt. I did. And, stopped paying 'billmelater.com'. I'm now getting calls from billmelater.com because blinds.com never credited my account for the blinds that they told me to donate. I'm disputing the charge. The bottomline is that this. The product quality is terrible (Chinese, of course), the installation I paid for was awful, customer service is worse, and now I might be stuck paying for blinds that I don't even have. FYI...blinds.com is a division of the Home Depot. If you want to buy blinds from Home Depot, go to the store. Blinds.com sucks.

Let me first say, that I am 17 days outside of the 30 day satisfaction guarantee window. I ordered $3000 worth of blinds. 1 Roman Shade - its fine...not great quality, but it's ok. 2 Motorized Sheer Shades - Quality is low end but the motor works. Programming both blinds to work with one remote will take an engineering degree. The instructions are worthless, as is "customer service". 6, yes 6 Room Darkening Sheer Shades. As with the motorized, the quality is low end but here's the thing. Although a chain pulley is pictured in the customization menu...these blinds come with the cheapest rope money can buy and some sort of plastic spring loaded anchor that requires you to drill into your wall or window frame. So, the blinds go from low end to lower end. I called customer service to see if I could replace or return the blinds. Nope, 17days outside of the 100% satisfaction guarantee window. Ok, can I switch out the rope for a better looking stainless chain option? Nope, not with the blinds I purchased...even though the valance I chose is clearly pictured with a chain. Where I come from, that's called bs. Buyer beware...you get what you pay for. Oh, and I should mention that the installer was terrible. Barely knew what he was doing. I had to explain it to him. He probably could have figured it out if he wasn't so high. And he left dirt smudge on three of the valances. Order was placed on June 20. Installation was on August 1. Today is September 18. Total order cost $2901. Price of customer dissatisfaction...immeasurable.

I found instructions for measuring very confusing even as a prior customer. I use outside mount, and your diagrams have arrows going way past the area that I need to cover. Worse, nowhere does it make clear that the outside mount dimensions are measured from the top of the frame to the bottom of where the blind will reach. I haven't ordered since 2018 so I forgot these important details which should be clearly stated in your instructions.
The blinds had a small defect because someone assembling them did not know to split the pull cords through the small metal clip--they left the cords outside and worse, behind the clip next to the blinds. I had to untie each cord and restring them.

The website is a little confusing and lacked some details so I called and spoke with Phil. He had all the answers to my questions and I was able to place my order without any trouble. Had to go all the way to the Cart, answering numerous questions, only to find the color/material we chose wasn't available in the width we were ordering When installing found they did not provide good guidance for outside mount as to where to mount the brackets.

Ordered 2". Should have ordered 2 1/2" to match my other blinds but still look good. The pull cords for tilt are WAY too short. Wife has to use an extension grabber to close. Stiff tilt rotation.
