Very good experience ordering & receiving. But, one of the 8 blinds I ordered has already broken. A string at the top broke and now I cannot open or close the blind. I plan to call customer service to see how I can remedy this problem. Also had to go & buy stronger screws, as the ones I received with my order strip out and are useless.
I ordered these higher-priced blinds because a representative assured me they would fit my doors. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found they did not fit. After reaching out, I was informed that the only suitable alternative was a significantly less expensive option—approximately $1,000 less. I then requested a refund for the price difference, as the original recommendation came from a Blinds.com representative and led to this error. However, I was told that no refund would be issued, even though the mistake was on your team's part. This experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to rely on your team for accurate product guidance in the future.
Fast turnaround, great price, excellent blinds. I took advantage of the installation option and I am really glad I did. I highly recommend.

Leslie was very helpful in talking me through the process and sent sample swatches to give me more options. The guy who came to measure and install was also very nice and gave good advice. It was all done very timely.

The site was easy to use and had great customization options. I had other customization questions that the agent was able to answer quickly and accurately. The install process was very easy. Once I found the instructions for the type of shade we purchased, the install was 15 minutes. The design of these shades and the valance was easy to work with at installation and adjust to our liking. Great overall experience!

Blinds are great. Quality of workmanship was excellent. I gave a four star instead of five due to the poorly written and illustrated instructions. The drawings are confusing and didn't resemble the blind I ordered. The font is ridiculously small for older eyes. Better instructions and it would have been a 5-star rating.

Nobody seems to know what the other side is doing. Unable to get to talk and get real answers from anybody it is always the other guys fault.
We ordered our blinds on Jan 5th 2024. The gal cam, measured said "they should arrive by Jan. 19th". That day came and went no blinds, called them and the answer I got was "it is not us but our manufacturer". Dont know who the manufacturer is never got to talk to them. Here it is Feb 19th 2024, blinds arrived and I understand they will be installed on Feb 29th, 2024. Blinds.com using my money and I have no blinds. Dont get sucked in and buy from them.Maggie

One of the blinds was bent during delivery and or packing. It had to be reordered.
Trim slats were scratched. New and proper items had to be reordered.
The damage and wrong trim pieces were acknowledged by the contracted installer.

Easy enough thank you - already recommended to friends the order was easy to customize - I had a weird sized window that I couldn't find local blinds to fit. This worked as intended and advertised - what more can a busy man ask for?
