Satisfied repeat customer. Ordered several shutters over a year ago. Everything works great. This order, I misplaced the hole plugs and could no longer find it. Can I order 10 pieces of plugs. Thanks.
I ordered these higher-priced blinds because a representative assured me they would fit my doors. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found they did not fit. After reaching out, I was informed that the only suitable alternative was a significantly less expensive option—approximately $1,000 less. I then requested a refund for the price difference, as the original recommendation came from a Blinds.com representative and led to this error. However, I was told that no refund would be issued, even though the mistake was on your team's part. This experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to rely on your team for accurate product guidance in the future.
They were very pleasant to deal with. We couldn't have asked for more. I would use them again and recommend them to friends.

Easy instructions to follow for measuring. Very detailed and order recieved fit perfectly. Absolutely love the quality of the blinds and visual from inside and out.

It didn't take too long. I just had to go back and forth a few times to see the differences among the specific items.
The blinds look good. The only drawback is that they are heavy and don't pull up all the way, thereby blocking the view of the outside.

I bought these blinds and they were levelor brand not cheap yet these seem cheap, flimsy and lacking the standard craftsman ship of previous levelor purchases. I am not happy with the quality at all.

I've done business with this company in the past. Their website makes ordering soooo easy. And the customer service was excellent when I needed them several years ago. I bought Bali because the lifting system is quieter and more sturdy than the house brand.

Clerison, our sales associate/support person was extremely helpful and followed up with us through a 3ish month process of trying to figure out what blinds we wanted and was patient as we waited for a sale. We love our new Roman shades, they are elegant and classy, and very much worth it!

Shade is very nice. Installation instructions were very difficult to understand. Tension reel for bottom of chain pull broke during installation. Balance instructions were unclear.

I've purchased from Blinds.com previously & have always been happy. I did not give 5 stars because I realized I really do not like the push up & down option as opposed to the dr's string on the wood blinds. The blinds seem to be slightly off kilter as a result.

When time to order - design consultants are very nice.
After installation - need to talk to customer service and my issues were not addressed.
I talked to customer service reps twice.
First person ( customer service) sent me email not related based on reported issue. It is related to new project which is totally incorrect. She also told me that I can see her name in email but I got no reply email address and do not see person name of customer service.
Window blinds- at bottom not closing so remained opened…
Roller shades- measurement was not correct so my regular shades are not covering whole sliding doors. Two roller shades for sliding door- one is installed on wall and one is on top part of the frame due to short shades. Incorrect measurement.
Tip for consumers:
Please do not use blinds.com product as poor products plus poor customer service support

I own a resort and go through cheap mini blinds quite often so I do not expect them to be high quality or last very long. What I do expect is to get a consistent product. The frame size changes throughout orders along with completely different mounting brackets. So everythime these cheap things need replaced you have to change mounting brackets and put more holes in the frame. Also have ordered dozens with valance and never received valances.

I purchased a blind wider than typical. It ought to have been packaged differently that the typically sized blind. It was not packaged with product protection in mind. The blind was delivered bent in the middle. Blinds.com sent me a replacement blind free of charge. The replacement blind also came damaged. This is only my second order from blinds.com and my last.

Not terrible. Biggest problem was identifying cute trendy COLOR names into actual identifiable colors. Blueish? Brownish? Greyish? Hard to tell.
