Satisfied repeat customer. Ordered several shutters over a year ago. Everything works great. This order, I misplaced the hole plugs and could no longer find it. Can I order 10 pieces of plugs. Thanks.
I ordered these higher-priced blinds because a representative assured me they would fit my doors. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found they did not fit. After reaching out, I was informed that the only suitable alternative was a significantly less expensive option—approximately $1,000 less. I then requested a refund for the price difference, as the original recommendation came from a Blinds.com representative and led to this error. However, I was told that no refund would be issued, even though the mistake was on your team's part. This experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to rely on your team for accurate product guidance in the future.
Purchased several blinds from blinds.com and today we noticed that the string on one had frayed and broke rendering the shade inoperable. When examining the string on the other end, I noticed fraying in two locations. The warranty is for 3 years and I missed it by 2 months. I understand a businesses cannot warranty an item for life, the rules are the rules, but the reality is that, when asked I could not in good conscience make another purchase or give referrals due to poor string quality. I expected more than a 3 year life on a $283.92 blind. I should mention that my other shades are not fraying and that their product is very nice. The customer rep was also very nice, maybe we just got a bad spool of string for that one shade. If we were to purchase again I would monitor the string and look for fraying prior to end of warranty.

Greatly priced and delivered timely. Size custom blinds came in at were 1/2 shorter which resulted in a gap inside the window frame. Wish it was exactly sized as specified.
However we made it work.

I placed an order for Sheer Shades with Blinds.com and the price I expected was not what ended up on my invoice. When I mentioned this in my review, someone got back to me with a response that clarified my purchase. I used the wrong promo code so they changed it and saved me over $1,000. Excellent customer service.

The price as I was shopping ended up at $505.55, but when I went to check out it went up unexpectedly to over $800 per shade. This will be the last order I submit to Blinds.com and will tell others to beware of the switch at check out. If I didn't need these blinds to match others I purchased, I would not submit this order.

Measuring was easy, entering the measurements were easy. The fit was great, love the look of these shades in our bedroom. They were easy to install. The hardest part was the lovely choices we had to choose from.

We were so so pleased with the service from placing the order to the blinds being gorgeous. We went after installing them with fervour and excitement. Then we realized there were not nearly enough brackets included to hang even half of the blinds. The manufacturer took a couple weeks to get us the rest of the brackets. In the meantime our house was torn apart with half the project done. Such a small matter but it was a downer. If they would have just shipped the brackets immediately it would have really helped us out.

The blinds arrived ahead of time, measurements were accurate, all hardware included. The blackout blinds make a huge difference and mean we don't need to use curtains except for decorative purposes.

I placed an order on 11/13/22 and received a portion of my custom order within weeks while the balance remained "In Production" for 13 weeks. Initial delivery was estimated to be in Mid-December and it is now the end of January and only claims to have shipped yesterday because I called to cancel the order. Website still claims it is in production and customer service rep would not email me with the ship confirmation. Not truthful and not honest in their representation of facts. Unless you have unlimited capacity to wait for them, I would steer clear of this organization.

They did not release my order for 18 days after I made my purchase because the manufacturer had a simple question about one of the blinds out of 23 that I ordered. They did not call or notify me about this until I called them to check the status of my delivery!
So after lying to me that the order only takes 2 weeks to be delivered, it was delivered after 5 weeks and now I have to wait another 3 weeks for them to come and install the blinds!
All they care about is getting your money and the service after is terrible.

Blinds that stay up are fine had three window blinds with no cord pull didn't stay up look bad they are remaking them which was no problem can not tell of success yet.

I placed a large order (blinds and shutters for whole home) at the end of May for our summer home. After I paid, they called to say the pro install and measure service was not available in our area, I said fine, just go with the blind and shutter orders and we will self install. I then heard nothing. Website kept saying order was in production. Finally reached a person who told me the order was never "released to the vendor." No recourse. Now I'm looking at an August delivery date if I'm lucky. We may not even be here to accept delivery of the shutters. SEVERAL thousand dollars for a product that I cannot even install for six months now, assuming I can even arrange for delivery of the shutters since freight delivery is required.

I bought a small blind for a window next to my front door. After 15 days it finally arrived and it was 3 inches too long. Plus the cords were tangled inside the mechanism which made the slats hang at an angle. The slats also do not rotate at all. If I try to rotate them, they simply pull up on one side or the other. I called and was told that I would have to take them down and get into the cord mechanism and untangle the cords myself. Very disappointed in the customer service and the quality of the blinds. The customer service rep kept telling me to try to "lift" the blinds but blinds this size do NOT have a "lift" capability - not by hand or by string. Will keep the crooked blinds as I can't find that size any where else, but would NOT order from this company again.
