I don't want to leave a review but they won't stop emailing me until I do. And now this isn't long enough so I'm typing some more. This is ridiculous. I like the blinds u til this whole circus started
I ordered these higher-priced blinds because a representative assured me they would fit my doors. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found they did not fit. After reaching out, I was informed that the only suitable alternative was a significantly less expensive option—approximately $1,000 less. I then requested a refund for the price difference, as the original recommendation came from a Blinds.com representative and led to this error. However, I was told that no refund would be issued, even though the mistake was on your team's part. This experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to rely on your team for accurate product guidance in the future.
Support buying the blinds was great, but we had a major remodel underway and didn't even unpack many of the blinds until later in the year as the remodel progress went awry. The customer service rep said it was too far past the purchase date and wouldn't refund brand new, never hung, just out of the box blinds, nice ones! So I asked to speak with a Manager and one was "not available" but they would have one call me back... which never happened. I called again and a Manager was not available and they promised a call back but never heard back, so frustrating that the customer service in the beginning is so great, then they are non-responsive on the back end.
Unfortunately, this site won't allow my pic to be turned back in the direction the pic was taken, but small stains can be seen in the creases of many of the pleats, these are the double hung blinds that can be pulled down as well as pulled up, super nice, except for the stains!

These blinds are a good quality - a little flimsy - but I purchased them for rooms that are rarely used. The room darkening ones do a great job of keeping light out. I love that they have no cords! They raise and lower easily, but the shorter ones go up and down evenly, where the longer ones are more of a challenge, but still all are great blinds for the price

I have finally feel I have reached the pinnacle of decorating my home. I was speaking with CAROL, who was a joy. I had so many plans underway. Unfortunately, the sure fit promise failed. My blinds arrived measuring incorrectly. I was hoping to see them make up the difference. Unfortunately, the installation charge was added back to my order, and a $400 balance was presented. So disappointed.

The problem wasn't the blinds per se, it was the installation. The installer directed me to order a 2-on-1 blinds, which I did. When he came out to install it, he said it was too heavy and that the company should have known this. I have been unable to get any response back, either from the installation company or from blinds.com. You are on your own re the installation.

He worst company to buy from
We ordered blindes in April and still waiting for them. Its mid June now. At that time they promised to ship them in mid May.
Customer service is honestly the worst I have ever experienced, whenever we called - if - we get a hold if them and they say completely different dates and by now its obvious its just BS they make up. 10 times we got 10 different dates, and product never makes it here.

Sales person was helpful. After that a total disaster. HD /blinds.com messed up install order. Waited a month for install and then only 10 of 30 blinds were installed do to computer error with sub contractor. Now have 20 more to install after blinds have been here for 7 wks... and still waiting

I've gotten other blinds and they have been successful. Thank you so much for helping us with the correct measurements as we did not account for the window track. We've gotten at least 15 shades/blinds and have always been extremely satisfied with the product and customer service.

DO NOT USE! The blinds are OK but customer service is awful. Had to contact them because they failed to send the hardware and instructions for the cornice. Had to contact them again because the chain was too short for the roller shade (30" chain for 66" roller shade). They sent us instructional videos completely unrelated to the problem. Had to contact them again and they sent us more videos. Had to contact them again and they said they would send a longer chain. They didn't send the chain. Had to contact them again when they said they would not send chain because manufacturer gave them "push back" about sending chain because they felt a 30" chain is long enough for 66" shade. It's not rocket science. Then they said we would be charged for a new chain. They finally agreed to send chain, but we'll see if that happens. THIS TOOK 2 MONTHS! DO NOT waste your time. There are plenty of other options out there.

I ordered two mini blinds. The estimated delivery was 6 weeks. That quickly slipped out to 9 weeks. The blinds are OK, not great, and not cheap. They didn't include the middle support piece described in the installation, but the blinds are light weight enough that those supports aren't really needed. I was going to do at least one more room, but I'll find another company.

Our sunroom has two windows that are much wider and longer than normal windows so store bought blinds were out of the question. After shopping around, Blinds.com had the best prices for what we needed. The order was made quickly and shipped with full instructions for hanging. Sent photos of incorrectly manufactured blinds and Customer Service issued me a refund after I expressed my frustration- put up the blinds leaving holes in my wall only to find out the pull cords were made too short
Customer Service did a very good job in understanding my concern and issued me a refund. I asked for a refund rather than placing another order as I felt the same thing would happen again.

Ordered my vertical blinds. Package came, well wrapped, no issue with damages, everything was in good shape. The product i picked has a design flaw, not an issue Blinds.com can be responsible for: Venetta has mounting clips that are just impossible to clip. It took me 2 days, probably 12h combined time before i could get my rail in place. Overall, happy with website, designer service phone assistance and product delivery (timing and packaging quality).
