I don't want to leave a review but they won't stop emailing me until I do. And now this isn't long enough so I'm typing some more. This is ridiculous. I like the blinds u til this whole circus started
I ordered these higher-priced blinds because a representative assured me they would fit my doors. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found they did not fit. After reaching out, I was informed that the only suitable alternative was a significantly less expensive option—approximately $1,000 less. I then requested a refund for the price difference, as the original recommendation came from a Blinds.com representative and led to this error. However, I was told that no refund would be issued, even though the mistake was on your team's part. This experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to rely on your team for accurate product guidance in the future.
Easy site to use. We're a repeat customer and have never had a bad experience.

It's hard to order blinds without samples. But due to Covid19 the manufactures weren't making any. But that doesn't stop Blinds.com

They showed up on time, looked nice and fit great. The quality seemed a bit cheaper than my existing blinds and I wish the cords pulled smoother. Overall, they look nice and I'm satisfied.

We had no problems figuring out what we wanted, and how to measure for the new blinds. So easy to use the website! The blinds came more quickly than we imagined! Excellent purchase.

We wanted their "Professional Measure and Install Made Easy service for $199. After no one called, I called blinds.com customer service and they told me that they "escalated" it and that the installer would call. After 3 days with no one calling I cancelled my order and asked for a refund, which would be issued after 5-business days.

The shade was be the correct size following the measuring directions provided. The packaging was very well done and delivered at the beginning of the estimated delivery range. I could not find any instructions so went online to get them. Imagine our surprise when rolling the shade down the first time and the nice instruction booklet fell out. It was packaged so well, I did not think to look inside the rolled up shade. Another surprise was how easy to install our outside mount. I had line up some help for me to install this 9ft wide x 7ft high. My wife and I got it done by ourselves in 10 minutes after pre-installing the brackets.

We ordered the Cellular shades for two bedrooms and my office. The guest bedroom has a south window and a nightlight that shines in, so we ordered the double cell, room darkening 3/4" shades. We got the light filtering in the other two rooms. Cordless in the guest room, corded in the other two. We're happy with all but wished we would have gotten the cordless for all. They were very simple to install look great. We just placed our order for the master bedroom, great room, Kitchen & half bath. First order was placed online but I called in the second order since I had some questions. Roman was professional and very courteous. I would definitely recommend blinds.com.

Price changed from the time i did the payment & it went through the 40% reduction did not show at the end so i then cancelled it all, the product look good so i try'd the next day and started the orders again wanting wand control & no place to check i did the 800 # and got to several people that walked me through & could see my problem and where having it looked at with IT dept. the help where very good & it looks to be

I ordered from them years ago and was pretty satisfied. One of the blinds MELTED (faux wood) from the hot sun. Since it's been a few years, I ordered a replacement instead of trying to get it replaced for free as I'm sure the warranty was expired. I ordered the blind in mid-December. It's February 1st tomorrow, for so literally 6 weeks ago. I STILL cannot get a delivery date. I wasn't notified of a delay until January 4th and was given an estimated ship date of January 26th. Now they are blaming FedEx for another delay. I was originally told it was delayed due to not having the correct materials at the manufacturer. They should not be taking people's money and not delivering their products for literally months as I was told it could be another two weeks due to the FedEx delay which is not true one bit. They gave me a tracking number a week ago and the status has not changed, meaning it hasn't moved or been picked up and is just sitting somewhere. Frustrating and unacceptable and their customer service is terrible. They are basically "oh well sorry" and offer nothing. Do not buy from this place, which I believe is a business of Home Depot.
Tip for consumers:
They lie about delays, don't compensate or even say anything nice as they have your money and don't ship anything out and keep telling you it's delayed for two months! I'm conflicted about the value because one of the blinds melted and warped horribly but the others seem to have held up ok. They are extremely expensive!

I placed and order and continue to be told my order is being taken to FedEx tomorrow. I have FedEx tracking numbers but nothing comes to them. Have now been told they are on way to US customs from Romania. I am tired of being lied to and just want to go somewhere else but they have my $2,000.

Took awhile to receive but arrived in good condition. Easy to install, in exception to the valance but we opted not to use them anyways. Color is more of an almond, not quite what we wanted but was able to make them work. Difficult to buy online and get an exact idea of the color. We are satisfied.

I especially liked the options for each feature on the blinds. The complete customization for the window blinds makes blinds.com stick out head and shoulders beyond any other window blinds shopping experience out there on the market.
I do think I will return in the future. I like the idea of motorized blinds so I won't even have to open them by hand, very cool!

We have been customers of blinds.com for several years and for multiple thousands of dollars for three homes. On our most recent order, we are witnessing and experiencing a dramatic backslide in overall service level and performance for this company. Whether it's because the company is complacent enough to use the Covid pandemic as an excuse for not performing the way it used to or not, it is obvious that the overall service level and customer dedication is nowhere near what it used to be. Our current experience Will be our final one, as when we ordered and were given an anticipated delivery time-frame, and the time has now almost passed, we are only being told that "things are still in transit, things might be held up at customs, hopefully things will be sent to you by the middle of next week." These comments should not be the full extent of any company's customer service, but they are. Sad for them, really sad for their customers. We will look elsewhere for our future needs.

Now, we can’t get a good estimate of when we will receive our order, and company reps are complacent and willing to hide behind a standard response that ‘they should be there sometime before end of next week.’ Weak!!!

No problems with the order. However, I wish I had asked for a sample. Color is fine, but these are very thin material. I would not have bought them if I had a sample. They are also inexpensive. I should have checked first.

I purchased blinds 8 years ago. After many remodels some of the valance clips were broken. I looked all over town for new clips to no avail. For some reason "Blinds.com" stuck in my head. I gave them a call and once they got my name they asked how many I needed. Wondering how she knew exactly which ones I needed she said, "I have your original order right here". I hadn't even remembered that I bought them there. I asked how much they were and when she said, "no charge" I almost fell out of my chair! They were sent right out and I had them installed within a week. That's customer service! They will be getting all my blind business and excellent word of mouth recommendations.

My wife and I ordered blinds for our entire house. When I ordered them off the site I measured each window and ordered them correctly. I also ordered the valance for each window as well. When the products made it to my home everything fit perfect except for the valances. They were cut short half an inch on the ends. I called blinds. Com and they were professional and replaced them for free and made sure to ship out extra clips just in case the old ones broke once I took the old valance down.

I am writing this review to let everyone know how amazing this company is. They have a great customer service and great quality. I found them through google and I was skeptical because I have never heard of them but I took the leap of faith and ordered. I received my order so fast with a great packaging. We hung it on our kitchen and we loved it. I had a problem with my measurements (and it was totally my fault) but they took care of it for me without NO HASSEL! Blinds.com will lie to you about what you're getting. After they charge your card, you'll be shipped something other than what they said you were getting, and then you're out of luck according to customer service... they lie, don't order from Blinds.com
