I ordered these higher-priced blinds because a representative assured me they would fit my doors. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found they did not fit. After reaching out, I was informed that the only suitable alternative was a significantly less expensive option—approximately $1,000 less. I then requested a refund for the price difference, as the original recommendation came from a Blinds.com representative and led to this error. However, I was told that no refund would be issued, even though the mistake was on your team's part. This experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to rely on your team for accurate product guidance in the future.

Just under 2 years, one of 4 blinds in the same room, same wall, failed along the headrail. Blinds.com was happy to replace the one blind but no longer worked with my manufacturer. Their best offer was to replace the one that failed in a different color (mind you all 4 blinds are on the same LR/DR wall) which wouldn't match in an $800,000 house. Option 2, Failed blind free, the remaining three at 50% off which is their sale price on every holiday sale. Not a good option. I won't use them again and am sorry I did for this purchase. Stay away. Not an honorable business.

The reason for 2 stars is that the item was $244 after all options and it was 349 in the cart, I removed the item and did it again but still the cart was much higher ( $100 higher + tax). If the item was that much I would have still paid it, but it seems like a bait and switch to me and that seems dishonest.

Update:
blinds.com reviewed my issue, refunded the excess cost and informed me that I needed to press an additional button to get the price I expected, it seems an unneeded step and was not clear at all but they did fix the issue quickly. I update my rating to 5 stars due to this great customer service.

There was an issue putting them up. We have vinyl framed windows, and the mounting brackets were too short for the blinds to clear the frames. We set them out an inch and the fit fine. Suggest you advise buyers and provide longer brackets for people with vinyl framed windows.

Ln hindsight l would order the shades with cords vs pull down tabs.
L am pleased at the amount of light and outside heat that is blocked in our living room that faces south. Conversally the blinds also retains heat ftom our heater.

We purchased an extra long (98") high quality Bali roller shade for use on our outdoor screened porch. In short we screwed up the measurements and could not install what we ordered. We got exactly what we ordered by the way. This was a $500 + purchase. One phone call and the entire purchase was refunded to my credit card witin 24 hours... took 5 minutes. We have since ordered 2 narrower shades for inside mount and they are up and work perfectly. This purchase was only about $350ish for both. In short I was shocked at how easily they credited me for my mistake. I am totally happy with the quality and the accessories that came with the 2 new shades. All they asked is that we donate the shade they gave us credit for which we did to the Habitat for Humanity..."Re-Store".

I've ordered premium blackout shades from blinds.com about two months ago. I also purchased their measuring and installation services as they strongly advised. It all cost me around 2K. The blinds came in defected. The installer said there's no way to fix them and they need to be replaced. I had to call their customer service about 10 times, 30-40min each call. They were redirecting me back and forth without providing a solution. In the end, two months later, when I lost all of my patience, I requested a refund. They told me to be able to get a refund I need to take the mounted blinds off of the windows myself, pack them and donate them to good will. I am a single woman. To be able to do that I would have to hire movers and someone who can uninstall the blinds. They told me even though it's not my fault the blinds came in defected - they cannot provide me with a pick up service or waned anyone to take the blinds down. Absolutely devastated!

I am a repeat customer of blinds.com. I became a repeat customer because of the great quality, price and value of the products that they sell. They had a great support system and website that made it easy to try to "go it alone" in terms of measuring and installing blinds. I became aware of how exemplary their service is on my last order when I made an error with 2 windows- and they send me new blinds to correct my error at no charge! All the blinds were good except the long one. It was cracked in two places on the top. I tried calling and you were closed so i had my husband help me to secure it so it wouldnt break more. I had waited long enough for delivery and needed them a stronger box with more support would probably be a good idea as ups isnt very careful with their packages

Mini-blinds are working well. Our problem is that the tilt wands are very short, not easily accessible to us where the windows are located. The wands are not easy to replace for us seniors. We had to tape the tilt wands from "the old blinds" to the new, looks ridiculous, but no choice. We did not contact customer service since we tried to replace them ourselves, went to websites that showed how to replace them and we could not remove them. Other wands are easier to replace, they have an on and off clip, simple, but not these.

Overall, we are reasonably satisfied with our purchases from Blinds.com. However, we were surprised with the Premium Blinds that we bought - the top-down-bottom-up clips (that raise and lower the blind) are poorly designed in that they do not securely clip into the blind's bottom frame. This is disappointing. Blinds.com got this right right on their mid-range blinds, but didn't pay attention to detail on their premium blinds.

Ordering was easy & delivery was quick. I found that the measurement on the width of the blinds had been altered from the measurement that I sent in. They didn't make them as wide as I measured them.
My measurement would have been just fine so I'm not sure why they found the need to alter the width.
I ordered blinds for 15 windows & decided to keep them as is but not happy that they didn't use my measurement! I've ordered from this company before & didn't have this problem.

I ordered and paid for 4 shades 11/26. I received an email stating they were shipped 12/10 and that it could take up to 72 hours to be able to see the tracking. After 4 days of no info on the tracking link I contacted the company regarding the tracking # showing no info. I received a response stating they were really only shipped this morning. Hmmmmmmmm, so I need to wait another 3 days before checking the tracking?

The website indicated free installation when spending $1499, but there was no way to add this to the order as instructions on the site indicated. It was hard to figure out how to get your order, but also request someone to come and measure.
The good, talking with the customer service rep on the phone got my order straightened out. They also honored the discount price for me.
