I don't want to leave a review but they won't stop emailing me until I do. And now this isn't long enough so I'm typing some more. This is ridiculous. I like the blinds u til this whole circus started
I ordered these higher-priced blinds because a representative assured me they would fit my doors. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found they did not fit. After reaching out, I was informed that the only suitable alternative was a significantly less expensive option—approximately $1,000 less. I then requested a refund for the price difference, as the original recommendation came from a Blinds.com representative and led to this error. However, I was told that no refund would be issued, even though the mistake was on your team's part. This experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to rely on your team for accurate product guidance in the future.
It was easy to order. The process was explained well.
Installation was quick. The blinds got perfectly.
Well worth the investment.

I wanted to get just a simple cordless lift shade but I was forced to pick the Clearfit option with no real explanation as to why that was necessary. The description of Clearfit seems to indicate that it is a TDBU shade. I am hoping that for my shade it is just a light control option and not TDBU. This is my only grpe about the process. There should have been a clear explanation as to why this was necessary. It was because of the width. My measurements were about 10"W by 82"L. Shades in this width have to be top down/bottom up. No real problem with that but an explanation would have been nice. Since the top of the window in about 8FT from the floor we won't be using the top down. Other wise the installed blinds look really nice. Would have preferred no cords visible but realize that's not possible with such a narrow shade. I feel lucky as Blinds.com was the only site I could find that even offered cordless blinds in anything less than about a 12.5" width.

It said I was going to get 20% but only gave me 15% Then at the checkout my $33.00 savings from Capital One vanished too. However, my blinds fit perfect and work great. They are very attractive.

Some blinds don't provide a sample. Their selection is large, though. And they offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. I haven't yet chosen; currently waiting for my (free) samples to arrive.

Good overall product, easy installation instructions. Bought motorized. Blinds for three sliding glass doors. Using the app to program when to open and close is great.

The telephone staff were very helpful when placing the order.
However, we made a $5500 order on Jun 11 and have received nothing but excuses by Jul 17. Now due their ETA is mid August. Unacceptable.

It's not the easiest thing to put up. Definitely need an extra hand make sure you have all tools needed to do the job ahead of time. But other then that great product
