I don't want to leave a review but they won't stop emailing me until I do. And now this isn't long enough so I'm typing some more. This is ridiculous. I like the blinds u til this whole circus started
I ordered these higher-priced blinds because a representative assured me they would fit my doors. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found they did not fit. After reaching out, I was informed that the only suitable alternative was a significantly less expensive option—approximately $1,000 less. I then requested a refund for the price difference, as the original recommendation came from a Blinds.com representative and led to this error. However, I was told that no refund would be issued, even though the mistake was on your team's part. This experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to rely on your team for accurate product guidance in the future.
I HAVE ENJOYED MY PREVIOUS ORDERS OF BLINDS AND NOW AM DOING A BLACKOUT FOR BEDROOM. SUCH REASONABLE PRICES AND EASY TO WORK WITH! HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY. The only small issue was a need for a small Allen wrench to tighten the blind. Not a problem after purchasing one. Would be nice to know in advance though to have on hand or for you to include in package, since it is an odd size.

Super easy to put up! Caught it on sale and the price was excellent. The only issue I had was the surface I was attaching the blinds to was aluminum and a pain to drill into.

B/c the customer service people were professional and kind I gave blinds.com 3 stars... but the quality/condition of the fabric has proven to be poor -- or, more seriously, the possibility that they masked known blemishes that came to light over time.
After significant delays due to items being back-order the blinds finally arrived. Installation was fine.
My main issue however is the low quality of the fabric -- or that in conjunction with the design of the hanger system. Mysterious blotchy discoloration on the fabric began to develop shortly before the 3 year warranty -- but, my mistake... not enough to ask the company for help. Now, however, after the warranty has expired these blotches have grown from small pin-prick size to dime-sized. In looking at it closely it seems as if blemishes in the fabric had been covered and only after time the blotches started bleeding through.
These were a large purchase for us and I find it disappointing that they were of such poor quality to now need to be replaced closely after the warranty -- Note to self: I should have reached out when the blemishes were still tiny even though at that time they did not bother us.
I'm not mad -- just disappointed. I encourage others to watch for discoloration and act when you see it.

The price was at the top end for a lower income person even with discount. The price is reasonable compared to other companies offering similar blinds. These Blinds.com Blinds are not some cheap crappy blinds from big box store. They seem to be of excellent quality. The brackets they come with are very nice. I wish 1/4 inch Philips screws were 5/16. They can strip easy. They don't send any extras, 9 screws instead of 8.
I am extremely happy with my blinds. The fit and hang perfect, from the measurements I sent and to the finished product I received. I would buy hem again. For 12 Windows I got the 2" S slat White blinds, I did buy 1 vertical blind for my door being shipped separately, anxious to see it, it is a custom orange color opens to the left. Today I received and I hung 12 windows in 2 hours and 30 minutes. Very easy to hang after the fist one, just gets easier. The Vertical Blind is excellent, the valance is kind of funky, I used the one the goes with my curtains.
I would buy them again and I recommend them.
I hope they last me years.

Easy to use the website. Lots of options! The blinds are more transparent than expected. The website doesn't show the blinds in various lights in order to get an accurate view of the product.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Blinds.com. Prior to ordering they graciously sent me samples so that I could get an idea of what kind of work best for my home.
Then they followed up with me to help me place my order in that time I wasn't ready but I did hang onto Clerison's information so at that time when I was ready I place the order with him and he had my order going very quickly. The quality of the blinds I received were very good. I did go with the Bali faux wood blind with 1.5 inch cloth tapes. They look splendid in the home and I am very pleased. I couldn't ask for more! I did manage to measure one window incorrectly and Blinds.com quickly help me order a replacement blind free of charge. You have just got to love this company!

Found the Coolra blinds I was looking for. Ordered with 2ft wand cranks. They are too short for my wife. Ordered a 4ft and she is able to operate the blinds much better. Would recommend getting the 4ft wand cranks.

Buyer Beware-I need to cut down the size of the blind (from 34" to 30"). They will not cut it (will void the warranty). They will not provide the manufacturer or another party to cut it. My option was to buy a new one at my own expense or throw it out (too expensive to throw out a custom solar shade) no refund. You have 30 days. Exact measurement is with their consultant. Good luck finding someone who measures for them in your area (there wasn't anyone in my location). Nevermind the website indicates that the SUREFIT Measurement Guarantee is separate from their Satisfaction Guarantee, but they treat it the same. I am very angry and will NEVER BUY FROM BLINDS.COM AGAIN!

If there are any measuring issues, we'll cover the costs of a replacement order for up to 4 blinds or shades if the issue is reported to us within 30 days of delivery with our SureFit Guarantee. The only thing you'd be responsible for is if there was an increase in price (if a larger cut is needed) and you don't need to send the shades back to us. Unfortunately the factory is unable to cut down the shades after the fact and this isn't a service they will provide to us - I'm so sorry! WHAT SCAM! BLINDS.COM IS A BANK OF PHONES FRONTING FOR CHINESE MANUFACTURING COMPANIES. THEY MAKE NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. THEY WILL PROMISE YOU THE MOON THEN TELL YOU IT'S OUT OF THEIR HANDS. PAY WITH PAYPAL SO YOU AT LEAST HAVE SOME LEVERAGE. EVEN FEDEX IS FED UP WITH THEM... THEY TELL YOU YOUR PRODUCT HAS "SHIPPED" WHEN IT LEAVES CHINA NOT WHEN IT SHIPS FROM THE PORT OF ENTRY.
