I don't want to leave a review but they won't stop emailing me until I do. And now this isn't long enough so I'm typing some more. This is ridiculous. I like the blinds u til this whole circus started
I ordered these higher-priced blinds because a representative assured me they would fit my doors. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found they did not fit. After reaching out, I was informed that the only suitable alternative was a significantly less expensive option—approximately $1,000 less. I then requested a refund for the price difference, as the original recommendation came from a Blinds.com representative and led to this error. However, I was told that no refund would be issued, even though the mistake was on your team's part. This experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to rely on your team for accurate product guidance in the future.
Website is very easy to use. Blinds are always good quality and customer service is helpful and professional when needed. This is my fourth order from you!

We have ordered blinds for almost every window in our home from Blinds.com and have always had good experiences! We had to have one replaced due to a faulty cord, and they were extremely helpful and our new blind shipped right away. Great company, great products and great customer support!

Ordering was easy. I am waiting for the product and excited to see it and install it. My window is 87" long, and this was one of the few places that provides that length in a continuous piece.

As for installation, I don't like that you still use Home Depot. You should be using ONLY Lowe's where employees are treated MORE fairly and donations do not go to seditionists and fascists.

I love these beautiful well made blinds. I would just recommend entering the window measurements, not the size you want your blinds to be, because they cut off a half inch from your measurements.

Have small blind in kitchen purchased from this company. The tilt mechanism stopped working. I called Customer service & was not given a choice of a replacement, but offered a replacement part. Part never came. Called again & even with the order # given it could not be found. Finally the person I spoke with found my original order of several blinds and identified the kitchen blind. The part finally arrived. During the replacement of the part one of the strings connect to the part broke. I noticed it was worn nearly into from use before it broke. Called Customer service and went through the same problem locating my part order # or me even after providing my telephone # & email address. This individual asked that I take a photo of the broken string to provide to their manufacturer( probably 7 y. O. children in China). I was informed the blind was still under warranty, but I was not offered a replacement. I explained I did not wish to go to that much trouble & I would get a replacement somewhere else. So, beware. One may be better off going to one of the major stores like Lowes or Home depot. I am! Fredrick tucker

I had mismeasured the windows and they made all new ones free of charge. What company does that in this day and age? They are unbelievable.

Do not buy from this company. Terrible customer service and 3-6month process to get any products. No phone number or email ability to get help other than a representative that will not help you.

What a horrible experience!,I ordered blinds with John C. On July 01,2023. He told me blinds would be shipped 07/14 & the Home Depot guy would come measure windows on July 24th. I questioned him as how will they cut them in case I measured incorrectly, John C. Told me Home Depot (who owns this company) has the cutting machine on their truck. Right after this when I called John to add 2 more windows, he never called back. Finally I go Bryan on 07/07 who said "I'll take care of everything" July 24, home depot subcontractor came, measured,told me he would email me measurements same day & that he is the installer & any questions I had I need 2 speak with Blinds.com. I called Bryan immediately but he did not receive measurements either. Today, I called him 3 times & no return call-same as with John C. So my credit card has been charged, I have no blinds & cannot get anyone to communicate with to order 2 more windows- Guess, they got their commissions & give 2 craps about the customer as my credit card is accruing interest. Never again! Stay clear from this company unless you want to constantly get an answering machine! Oh I just got an email blinds are not arriving until August 11th- yeah & I won the billionaire lottery!

The blinds arrived 3 weeks late, and upon opening the box I noticed they were the wrong blinds. I contacted Customer Service; the employee was friendly, responsive and apologetic and said they'd contact the manufacturer and get back to me regarding what happened/options. I then received an automated email stating my "new order" was underway and cancellation was not possible. That set of blinds was scheduled to arrive in the next 1-4 days, and only because I followed up with Customer Service was I informed the blinds would be *at least* one week late. I will never use this company again and I will never recommend them. They're either incompetent or willfully providing false delivery timelines.
Well, the correct blinds finally arrived... a week+ late. Upon opening the box we noticed the instructions, which indicate options of an interior side, interior top or exterior mount, didn't match up the brackets sent. I contacted customer service who then contacted the manufacturer, who explained it's ONLY a top mount. I was on the phone for 31 minutes only to find out that, once again, the manufacturer did not send what I ordered, which was an interior side (or "inside") mount. The manufacturer emailed a video to "help" us navigate the instructions... it was 9 seconds long with several steps already completed. This is an absolute disaster and they have yet to redeem themselves; minimally, Blinds.com should be offering free installation. Do not recommend.
