This is my second time ordering. I selected a different brand because their sample swatches were a great fit for the bedrooms. Very substantial fabric. These are blackout and they do a great job. Also, you did an amazing job with measurements.The fit is fantastic. There is very little gap at the edge of the window. Made by Hunter Douglas, "My Blinds" uses a button-operated retraction that helps the blind go up fast. ( It almost feels self-propelled.) My concern is the second shade I purchased does not retract with as much power. I have to help it to the top of the window. Should I be concerned? Can the tension in the string system be tightened? Thank you.
I ordered these higher-priced blinds because a representative assured me they would fit my doors. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found they did not fit. After reaching out, I was informed that the only suitable alternative was a significantly less expensive option—approximately $1,000 less. I then requested a refund for the price difference, as the original recommendation came from a Blinds.com representative and led to this error. However, I was told that no refund would be issued, even though the mistake was on your team's part. This experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to rely on your team for accurate product guidance in the future.
Dont ask me how I rate the product when I have not received it yet with little word on when I will recevie.

Blinds.com has been the worst ecommerce experience I have ever had! They truly do not care about their customers and have no sense of customer service at all. I originally ordered custom blinds for what will be my baby's nursery. I got a great deal on the black friday sale and I fell pregnant shortly after. It was just perfect and I thought I would have my baby's curtains waaay before my August due date as the ship date was originally posted as Jan 12-20. January 20th came and went. I even gave them more time as I did not reach out until the beginning of February in regards to the shipping status of my order. This is when they replied back to me and told me that the manufacturer was having a hard time getting the fabric that I wanted but offered me other options or to wait for a new shipping date of mid March. I decided to wait until March so that I can get the fabric that I really wanted. March came and went. Then they finally reached out to me in April. They tell me because they can not locate the fabric, my order cannot be fulfilled and then once again provided me with other fabric alternatives or a refund. This is ridiculous! It took them nearly 6 months to realize they could not get the fabric to fulfill my order? I'm halfway through gestating a whole human but it took yall 5 and a half months to get in touch with suppliers just to tell me that you can't fulfill my order? What kind of nonsense is that? Then you are only going to offer me a refund for wasting my time for half a year and holding my money? Yall could have at least given me a credit or a discount for the inconvenience. I give you my money and time for a product and you can't at least reach out to me in a timely manner to tell me that my product cannot be made. Then you won't even give me a consolation to show that you were at least apologetic about wasting my time? INCONSIDERATE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do NOT buy any custom draperies from blinds.com unless you are 110% convinced of the fabric and hardware selection. Make sure you get samples of the fabric first but even those are small and deceiving. Custom drapery orders ARE NOT COVERED by the alleged satisfaction guarantee that they espouse on their website everywhere you go. Everywhere you look it says "100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. NOT 100% SATISFIED? WE'LL WORK WITH YOU TO MAKE IT RIGHT" That is BS and after the fact they will tell you that it does not apply to custom drapery orders. They will gladly sell you another set though if your dumb enough to buy twice. The quality of the drapery itself is subpar even for the price point but the fabric color is not even close to the online pictures and the fit and uniformity is about what you could expect in Tijuana. The pictures and description that they offer of the hardware is terrible. Worse yet, the antique bronze color is a complete joke. The grommets are black but the rod and the rest of the hardware is brass plated and doesn't even come close to matching. Do they care, not at all. I will say that the quality of the hardware was also decent for the price but you won't know what to expect until it arrives and then it is way too late.
If that experience wasn't bad enough, I tried to post this review on their website using the link that they repeatedly sent to solicit my review but they don't have the guts to post it. The response I got was, "your review cannot be published to the website, but. Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website". They have ZERO integrity as a company.
