I ordered these higher-priced blinds because a representative assured me they would fit my doors. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found they did not fit. After reaching out, I was informed that the only suitable alternative was a significantly less expensive option—approximately $1,000 less. I then requested a refund for the price difference, as the original recommendation came from a Blinds.com representative and led to this error. However, I was told that no refund would be issued, even though the mistake was on your team's part. This experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to rely on your team for accurate product guidance in the future.
Satisfied repeat customer. Ordered several shutters over a year ago. Everything works great. This order, I misplaced the hole plugs and could no longer find it. Can I order 10 pieces of plugs. Thanks.

This is my second time ordering. I selected a different brand because their sample swatches were a great fit for the bedrooms. Very substantial fabric. These are blackout and they do a great job. Also, you did an amazing job with measurements.The fit is fantastic. There is very little gap at the edge of the window.
Made by Hunter Douglas, "My Blinds" uses a button-operated retraction that helps the blind go up fast. ( It almost feels self-propelled.) My concern is the second shade I purchased does not retract with as much power. I have to help it to the top of the window. Should I be concerned? Can the tension in the string system be tightened?

This is far better than doing this at a store. I am able to take as much time as I need with color, taking measurements, deciding on options. For this particular purchase, I changed my mind at the last minute and now have a new plan to rearrange the whole room. Thank you!

It's easy to try a multitude of shades. Easy to get samples. Pricing is great. Wish I could have also used my HeyFriend$20 offer, but it wouldn't let me. The only problem I have is making up my mind. I'll be back!.

Great options to choose from. The manufacturer did an awesome job of giving me exactly what I needed. Customer service was a little rushed and I was bounced around a lot, but there were plenty of good reps.

Spoke to two reps on two separate calls. First rep did not mention that narrow blinds do not raise. Second rep gave us a small refund for the confusion. I wish the ordering web site had been more clear about this.

I ordered my blind and received it as promised. Because the window is over the kitchen sink the included wand was too short for me to reach over the counter. I called customer service and they had the factory send me a longer wand at no charge. Probably the best problem resolution experience I have ever had. This company should be proud of their product, their employees and their desire to give great service.

We have purchased shutters for our home on 4 separate occasions and now have all our downstairs windows done. Even though we did have one ordering issue with one of the orders and were a little put off by the insensitivity of the customer service rep I spoke with, and another (our first order) that came with a few damaged parts, our overall experience has been good and the shutters are beautiful. We would buy again and recommend.
One of my orders appeared to not go in, so I processed the order again, but upon review of the status, there were 2 of the same orders charged to my credit card. I called Customer Service and the rep told me to just do nothing, insisting that one of the orders would simply "drop off". I stated that I didn't feel comfortable just waiting to see if it would "drop off" but she did not seem empathetic. I have had other situations in the past with other vendors where I was charged twice and it was not always so easy to correct or reverse. Eventually, she told me that if one did not drop off, I could call back and they would address it. All I wanted was some reassurance that they had a process to correct it if it did not go as she predicted. The extra charge did eventually reverse, but because of previous experiences (albeit with other vendors) where it didn't go as she insisted, it was her "smug" attitude that I did not appreciate.

I am a repeat buyer and never had a problem with previous orders, but this time it was charged to my PayPal acct (I received a confirmation email), but no order number. I had to send the order in again, but now have 2 charges for the same order on my PayPal. I was told by Amber of Customer Service that the 1st charge should drop off in 3-4 days, but that is not reassuring for the 3-4 days, esp if it does not occur.

The web is easy to use most of the time and the samples came fast. When placing the orders had to change what we wanted as motorized sliding door shades do not come as an inside mount option. Had to go with an outside mount for the sliding door. Looks good, but would like to have known that a non motorized inside mount shade spanning the entire sliding door could have bean purchased, and at lower cost. Or they need to provide this option: a split, inside mount, motorized product. The web

I wish the photos or videos showed the blinds fully closed. I'm also glad I ordered 4 blinds at once so I could change out the cord since they were all not the same length. I think an additional option offered on the cord length would be beneficial in the long run. Overall, would purchase again but in bulk.

It was easy to do the order but the Roman shades were not an easy process to hang them. I was expecting they would be the typical hanging process for these type shades but it was not. I called customer services and I ended up having to hire someone to put them up for me off of home advisor after paying allot for these shades I had to pay over $200 to have them put up. The shades are also wrinkled and do not look good because of this and they have been hanging for over a week now. I will not buy from blinds.com again. I would have paid less to buy them locally with installation included and received them sooner without the wrinkles.

I am a repeat customer and need to order two more shades that match what we bought last year. However the color we ordered last year, "Snow" is not offered anymore so I tried to ask if that's the same as "Pure White". The attempted chat was at 11:45am Sat 8/31/24. So, I placed the order and unfortunately the new color didn't match very well. I contacted Customer Service and was very happy with the rep's help. She found a better color match and ordered new shades for us. We're very happy with the new shades!
The shades we ordered did not match our older ones (the old color is not offered anymore) and the customer service rep was extremely helpful in getting us a better color match. Thank you!

I took advantage of a Black Friday code and paired it with a 25% rewards bonus from my credit card company. With that, I got some great blinds for over half off. They were shipped in a reasonable amount of time and measured exactly as ordered. The nightmare was figuring out the instructions. They were HORRIBLE, skipped stops, and the images were illegible. I ended up mounting the bracket backwards because there was no instructions at all for that as to what was front or back. I finally found a video on Youtube that set me straight. We got them installed and they look amazing. I got a pair of Advantage Cordless Blackout Cellular Shades. They really do black out. The cordless lifts and draws down easily. They are great blinds. My beef are the instructions and whoever wrote those should be fired. It cost a star.

I ordered 10 of the faux wood 2 inch blinds in white for our new windows. They are cordless and easily open and close with a wand. I love how sturdy and well made they are. These blinds look great, keep the heat of the sun out when closed, and also stand up to a large dog who sometimes jumps up and put his paws on them (only made a few small nail indents, but no damage). My husband installed the blinds and had no issues. They look great from the outside as well and I just ordered 7 more to finish off our windows.
