Live in the artic and order roman blinds for a rear door. Great material, nicely lined but the bottom rail and sewing is uneven. Looks horrible when raised.as one end is higher than the other. No contact info was provided to discuss the issue with.
Ordered exact dimensions blinds with the understanding that when they made the product they would leave a tolerance. 3 blinds delivered, all were exact same size as my opening so I can't use them. Called customer service, they said there's nothing they can do for me. $100 wasted, never ordering from this website again.

Perfect instructions for measuring the window such that they fit and they did perfectly. I liked their website as it showed what the blinds would look like when finished, color, size and trim options chosen.

Very good experience ordering & receiving. But, one of the 8 blinds I ordered has already broken. A string at the top broke and now I cannot open or close the blind. I plan to call customer service to see how I can remedy this problem. Also had to go & buy stronger screws, as the ones I received with my order strip out and are useless.

Finding S curve blinds without wands was daunting. Not all promo codes are apparent. I have purchased these type blinds before and like the fact that there are no draw-strings or wands involved with them. Considerably more expensive, but worth it to me.

Your sales come and go so I am never sure I am getting the best price. I chose you because your competitor, who I have purchased from in the past, charges an $89 over size freight fee. Let's hope your quality is as good as theirs.

I took advantage of a Black Friday code and paired it with a 25% rewards bonus from my credit card company. With that, I got some great blinds for over half off. They were shipped in a reasonable amount of time and measured exactly as ordered. The nightmare was figuring out the instructions. They were HORRIBLE, skipped stops, and the images were illegible. I ended up mounting the bracket backwards because there was no instructions at all for that as to what was front or back. I finally found a video on Youtube that set me straight. We got them installed and they look amazing. I got a pair of Advantage Cordless Blackout Cellular Shades. They really do black out. The cordless lifts and draws down easily. They are great blinds. My beef are the instructions and whoever wrote those should be fired. It cost a star.

The ones we got were 95"x60". Had some weight to them. Amazing something heavy like this stays up without sliding down. The only drawback is needs a bigger gear to open the blinds. They look fantastic

There were no problems deciding on the cellular shades that were ordered, however it is difficult to determine the difference for the faux wood blind options from blinds.com. I miss having the option of corded lift, but the blinds function fine without the cord.

We were about to close on our newly built home and needed to get some window treatments. A relative suggested Blinds.com, so we measured all of the windows and ordered faux wood blinds online. I was trying to order more blinds of the same kind I ordered previously, but the email order confirmation I have from that order doesn't have enough information to make sure I'm ordering the same thing (like the depth of shade I ordered before). I originally ordered double cell shades but the link takes me to a listing with only single cells available, and the color I had doesn't match with any on there now. It was confusing and challenging trying to order more blinds to match the ones I already have.
