Be wary of blitzpenny.com. After watching it for some time, it does not appear that blitzpenny is a legitimate penny auction website for the following reasons:
1) When you place a bid, after the time runs out the auction adds 20-30 seconds - yet, when your "opponent" places a bid, and the auction time runs out, there is no additional time added... strange.
2) There is NO contact information for this company. Legitimate penny auction websites have phone numbers and supply a physical address.
3) The text/script on the website itself is very poor. Many of the instructions do not make sense (severe language barrier), and notice the names of all the bidders are nonsensical (unlike the clever names on other penny auction websites).
My advice: skip this one. With few bidders, and only one bidder/contender often winning an auction at 10% of the cost, they're aiming at the gullible. You can try it for free, they give you 10 bids - but you'll soon figure out that you're up against the website (not another bidder).
Just wanted to warn you about this one!
