Always a great experience with Maddy and the ladies at BLOOM. They know what I like. My recent experience was with garden flowers. I just found they did not last. They were beautiful for 2 days but soon wilted.
I bought a show stopper balloon bouquet. Within a hug hour of delivery, 4 of the balloons blew up, without anything touching them. Scared half the office. The next day, every single balloon is on the floor. Emailed to let them know, and was basically told too bad. Very disappointed with what I got, not worth the price AT ALL.
