It was seamless. I called the shop. She took my order and made suggestions. The sympathy flowers were delivered to the house the next day. The recipients sent us a picture of the beautiful bouquet.

I ordered a floral arrangement to fill a small basket that I provided for Bloom Florist.
I arranged a pick up time after work & just before they closed for the day.
I was running late so I called & asked them if they could wait 5 minutes past closing for me to arrive. They did & I picked up a beautifully created floral centrepiece for our organization's Spring Event!

This was my second time using Bloom because my girlfriend finds their flowers last longer and they tend to have better arrangements than others in the area. But it's not just the quality of the bouquet, their customer service is excellent. I asked for a few modifications in my online order and wasn't sure if this would be possible. They reached out to me after they received the order and we were able to discuss my requests. They're very kind and easy to work with. I see no reason to go with anyone else.

Although I did not order or purchase any flowers for me that day, my husband, family and friends did. They were most beautiful and delightful. Thank you for your exceptional service.

We loved how all the bouquets turned out for my friend's wedding. The staff were super friendly and open to making adjustments and always easy to get a hold of. They also had multiple options for payment and we're flexible with pick up times when we ran late on the day of the wedding. Overall they just made the day so much easier and we were able to have a wonderful time with beautiful flowers in all the pictures :)

I bought a show stopper balloon bouquet. Within a hug hour of delivery, 4 of the balloons blew up, without anything touching them. Scared half the office. The next day, every single balloon is on the floor. Emailed to let them know, and was basically told too bad. Very disappointed with what I got, not worth the price AT ALL.

Easy-to-navigate site. Easy to provide details. Reasonable prices and lovely selection. My Aunt was very pleased with bouquet. Based on my experience, I would rate customer service as excellent. I was able to see for myself via video link that it was indeed a lovely arrangement. Unfortunately, my Aunt had to be relocated to a residence outside delivery area of Bloom Floral so I am unable to purchase again. Best Wishes to Bloom Floral in all future endeavours.

They were able to put together exactly what I had in mind for my wedding bouquet and it turned out better than I imagined! So easy to work with, very well priced, and I could totally trust their creativity.

Great service, beautiful custom bouquet, made exactly to my instructions, within the price range I asked for. A week later, and the bouquet is still blooming beautifully, and that's after a day's delay getting it into a vase, and a long car ride. Will definitely buy here again!

Site was so easy to navigate. They have so many beautiful ideas. I had a hard time narrowing it down. They delivered the bouquet at my wife's workplace with out issue. They delivered at the time I needed. Fantastic experience. The flowers still look and smell incredible a week later. Great people amazing product. Can't wait to order again.

I ordered a custom funeral arrangement for a friend and decided to pay more hoping that it would look even better than the ones that were pictured on their website. The custom arrangement they made was a little disappointing, it was smaller than what I was expecting and with few flowers and looked far from the other ones that were pictured on the their site. I should have picked something else instead of letting the florist make a custom one :( not bad, but I'm not gonna lie, I was a little disappointed.

The corsages were beautiful when picked up, after being worn for approx. 2 hrs the flowers started coming off the ribbon. I think you should go back the elastic wrist bands

I got a beautiful eucalyptus arrangement delivered to my mom! Everyone at bloom was kind and helped me out with delivery. Definitely recommend bloom!

The staff at Bloom were incredible during a time of great sadness for our family. They were so professional and did a wonderful job on the casket spray. It was as if they had gone through my mother-in-law's garden. Thank you for honoring her memory with us.
