I ordered a Brother printer last week - there was no shipping estimate at the time I ordered, and no mechanism for speaking with a customer service rep 'live'. This was a red flag that I failed to take note of. It's now 5 days later, the printer hasn't shipped, I emailed customer support and they acknowledged that they actually don't have the printer - might have it in 3 weeks. They offered to cancel the order - so, a 'take it or leave it' approach to customer service. Do not buy from this company!

Ordered Ink Cartridges for my brother printer middle of April 2023.
The items arrived July 11,2023. Items arrived 3 months later!
They were sent via UPS in a balled up bag that provided absolutely NO protection. Ink purchase totaled $194.00 Check out the condition of the boxes when I opened the bag. (photo attached). Just poor communication and expectations for an ecommerce site. I do not recommend this company and will not be ordering from them again.

Purchased ink but have not attempted to install the damaged box of bluedogink yet. (the current cartridge in printer is not empty yet)

As the title suggest.
Purchased toner cartridges, received wrong type, did not notice, put up for now, ~4 to 5 months later discovered the error and as such the boxes are unopened. Was told too bad, been to long. Not going to make their error right! In the end, they got my $345.00 and I have four Brother TN225 set of cartridges for sale.

I purchased an item through blue dog ink for a customer of my small business. After charging my card they never sent a tracking link and did not respond to my many email inquiries. About a week later I called and they said it would go out 2 days later. Only 2 days later it still did not go out. I could not get anyone on the phone and they have not responded to my emails, again. If they don't respond tomorrow I will dispute the charge but regardless, they have wasted my time and made my business look bad to our customer because we could have purchased the item elsewhere. I will never use this organization again personally or professionally.

Don't purchase from blue dog ink

Ordered bounty paper rolls. While the packaging is Bounty, the paper towels themselves are not. Not even close. I have tried to reach "customer service" through an online form, as well as called in (got a voicemail).

This company never shipped my product so I asked for a refund and I never received it. They never answer their phone, so I've been dealing with them over emails. I'm to the point that I will never receive anything. It has been going on since Oct 1 2020. I don't recommend them, they have been nothing but headaches. I'm done with them. After ordering a product I received and email that my order had been shipped, however a week later I contacted them when I discovered they had only printed a label. The product never made it to the shipper. No response to 5 emails and 3 phone calls. I have contacted my credit card to dispute the charges since I never received the product and no response from customer service

Purchased 4 toner cartridges that cost over $200 a piece. One was defective. Returned it well protected, just not in original box because due to structural repairs in the office the original box had gotten thrown away. Even had an RA (Return Authorization) for the cartridge. They RTS the package and never even looked at the defective cartridge. Now I am out another $200 plus to replace the defective cartridge. Not to mention in the whole process, they do not return phone calls and they take over 48 hours to respond to emails. I do not recommend bluedoging!

This company is a scam. They advertise as items are in stock, then make every excuse on why its not and pushes back with COVID as the excuse. Sorry. Covid doesnt manage your inventory. They like to ghost you when you question them or they run out of lies to tell you.

Contacted company about a printer I saw available. I know for a fact it is no longer in production. They said a purchase would be a "Pre-order", not a real purchase. The company (Canon) will produce another batch of this printer in a few weeks! NO - the printer is out of production. So companies like this hold your money for a month, collecting interest on it, before refunding you. Scam.

They gave me false information on when my order was supposed to ship. It never came I called them, and that particular item was backlogged until they got there shipment in on Wednesday that week and it would be shipped out then well Wednesday came and went so did the week, and I didn't get my items.

Tip for consumers:
There apparently lazy and will do and say anything to get you off the phone. Im just hoping my credit card information doesn't get stolen now

I ordered some thermal labels. I was sent a notice saying they were back ordered for 2 weeks. I called them to confirm this. So I found different ones and immediately cancelled the order next day. They said it was too late they already shipped the labels. Even though they said the day before they were back ordered for 2 weeks. They refused to give me a refund or pay for return shipping.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you get a refund before you order from another company because they will send anyway.

What a lame company, ordered a part that they advertise that they have in stock, been 5 days and did not get the item, tried to call many times and no one answer, sent an email and got a replay that they do not even have it in stock, they did not even bother emailing and letting us know that they do not have it, very lame customer service.

I ordered a set of toner - 3 color and 1 black. They sent the wrong black. I couldn't figure out what was wrong, because it looked exactly like the starter toner that was in there. I just kept on getting an error message. I went through three Lexmark tech support agents, before someone could finally figure out it was the wrong toner.

In the meantime, I got so frustrated I bought another from Staples (based on the number on the box). So that one failed too. So, now I have 2 opened toners I can't use.

They refuse to fix their error. I know I didn't go around their website looking for color and black toner - I bought it all on the same page.

They clearly couldn't care less. I won't be back.

We returned several ink cartridges on December 1,2010 to bluedogink.com after receiving a return authorization and was promised a credit of $385.15 (I have comfirming emails from bluedogink.com). I have called and emailed them several times over the past months and still have not received the credit. I have not received a response from my latest phone call or email.

They will tell you that the item is in stock and after 2 weeks of wait, You will be force to call them and they will just tell you its out of stock. Not reliable company, no communication what so ever BEWARE! Don't Order!

Ordered 5 ink cartridges for my plotter in July. Package arrived with 2 ink cartridges. With orders often coming from different places, I figured the balance of the order would arrive, no worries. A month plus goes by and I realize I never received the balance of the order. I follow up and BDI customer service says, sorry about your "shortage", we'll check it out. Another month goes by and I follow up. They say, because so much time has gone by, we cannot do anything. Then they say the order was fully sent according to the weight of package (0.7 lbs). I check the weight of the two cartridges I received and based on their weight (7 oz), if all 5 had been sent the weight of the package would have been about double what was recorded on the freight receipt. I send photo of two cartridges to BDI to prove it and they ignore it. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I basically got bilked for more than half of my order.

Ordered a product they advertised as "IN STOCK" on 01/13/2023 - never shipped. Conveniently my debit cards started getting charged a several different locations that day and for several days after until I got the card cancelled. Customer service keeps telling me it will ship in two weeks. It is now 03/22/2023 and yet another 2-3 weeks. TOTAL SCAM COMPANY! Asked if I wanted a refund - of course I do, but I am not giving you my new debit card number.

SHOULD BE TAKEN DOWN. SOMEONE WITH THE TIME: PLEASE TAKE THEM TO COURT.

Lists back-ordered inventory as in-stock to get your money and makes the refund/cancellation process impossible. Since they don't allow PayPal payments, you have to file a case with your credit card company. It looks like the money they steal from customers is applied to reduce prices so they can get more orders.

Tip for consumers:
Set up a new account for each order because they only act legitimate for new users.

I placed an order for Oki drums since the site said they were in stock. When my order didn't arrive I questioned them and they said they sold out right after I placed my order. Months later and after many followups they cancelled my order. They are refusing to credit back my credit card and their "customer service" has stopped replying to me. I don't want a store credit as I have never purchased form them in that past and certainly won't in the future after this experience. They aslo should have just put an authorazaton on my card instad of charging me for items they did not have in stock. I will be reporting them to BBB and to my credit card co.

I made an order. They told me that there would be a delay because it was out of stock but I would recieve my order within 6-8 weeks. Its been 12 weeks and still nothing. I followed up again and they told me that my order was cancelled (because they did not have the product I purchased) and they could not return my money (because the expiration date on my card used has changed) and they want to issue me a credit coupon for future purchases. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! I want my money back!

When it comes to returns and defective products, this company has no integrity or responsiveness. I purchased a defective imaging drum in November, identified the defect within two weeks of purchase, and then spent the next six weeks being strung along by customer service. They acknowledged the defect in the first call, but first tried to tell me I needed to contact the manufacturer in Japan for a refund. A refund of what, exactly? My transaction was with Blue Dog Ink, not Okidata, and it was Blue Dog Ink holding the money I paid for this defective item. As a distributor, it is Blue Dog's responsibility to pursue compensation from the manufacturer, not mine. This being a ridiculous suggestion, they quickly changed their position and promised to authorize the return, but then took two weeks to actually submit the RMA and provide a return label by email. They shipped the return via the slowest (and, I'm sure, cheapest) domestic shipping service available which took 17 days to reach their warehouse, then sat on my return for another 10 days despite follow-up on my end. Every communication was met with vague excuses, inadequately explained delays, and unfulfilled promises of action. Ultimately, I had to file a consumer complaint with the Florida Attorney General in order to get my refund processed.

Tip for consumers:
DON'T. If anything goes wrong, customer service will leave you hanging.

Placed and order 2/6 no communication until 2/15 telling me out of stock I cancelled the order they then said it was too late the item had magically shipped which they faked by generating a UPS labe it did no ship until 2/16 I was given tracking with a promise to deliver 2/19 never happened on 2/22 could not find unit, refused to resend another unit and did not issue a credit.
