This is the second time calling for assistance and it was great/ your tech support also helping my developers solve the problem. It took some time but we got it resolved. I had Bluehost when if fist launched my website, and for reasons I can't figure out why SEO team decided to move my newly develop site. But it did happen!. Anyway, I'm glad to be back and looking for long and lasting relationship.

Helped with this issue but the overall problem of authenticating with MailerLite has not been resolved. Not really sure what I need to at this point. Mailerlite says it's a Bluehost issue. This has been an issue for 2 months.
I'm beginning to question my choice
Support was through Chat or telephone. I opted for Chat as I live in a country that is GMT+8 so making a call is not easy depending on the time and it is also very expensive. However the chat box was a total failure. Before I could type in my message, it ended the conversation. This occured everytime I tried to use it.
So I had no choice but to stay up very late at night in order to call Bluehost for help. The first person who answered was not really helpful. He kept saying that my domain was hosted with GoDaddy which wasn't true. I purchased the domain from GoDaddy but hosted it with Bluehost. After a while he decided to transfer me to the billing dept and there the guy who answered ( I think it was Patrick) was most helpful. He understood my issue and he could see my domain and that it was hosted with Bluehost. He could see that the outstanding amount had to be settled before I can see my website. So he then passed me on to the relevant dept where I was able to make payment and the issue was settled.
I don't understand why you don't have an email for support. It would be much easier especially for clients who aren't living in the US.
I'm sure my phone bill will be a huge one as the issue took some time to be resolved. Please look into the chatbox problem. It's supposed to be available 24/7 but it certainly isn't. It keeps popping out the message "The conversation has been ended (and it gives a time stamp). Please start a new one."
And the same thing happens all over again.
