This is the second time calling for assistance and it was great/ your tech support also helping my developers solve the problem. It took some time but we got it resolved. I had Bluehost when if fist launched my website, and for reasons I can't figure out why SEO team decided to move my newly develop site. But it did happen!. Anyway, I'm glad to be back and looking for long and lasting relationship.
Our experience was great because of generous in terms of user numbers and unlimited storage, efficient processes, and a focus on customer satisfaction. This was my worst experience in transferring my site that I have had over the years. I had always done my work before but thought that it would maybe save time to pay the high fee for the transfer of my website. I was wrong I should have done it myself and saved time and money.
They were slow and refused to respond to emails. It was just an altogether bad experience. I would never recommend Bluehost because of this. I am only staying because I paid out so much I can't go back.

I purchased the Pro plan through BlueHost with never having a website in the past or not knowing what to expect and the finished website was far greater than I expected! I compared it to competing companies and non of them compared to what BlueHost created for me! The SEO team and account manager are very knowledgeable and experienced who have kept me honestly informed if the process and everything they are willing to do to make my company show to the rest of the world!

I'm not technical. So, when I heard how easy it was to run a blog with Bluehost on your side, I decided to go for it. Other than the "very" polite, and patient customer service, and choice of texting, or calling, it wasn't worth the amount of time I had to learn. In my opinion, as a "beginner", you should already have some kind of knowledge, (even if it's minimal) before thinking it's as simple as it seems. Try to hold off on spending the money if you can. From what I understand, WordPress is free and you can always add things later. But, don't take my word for it. Remember - I'm a beginner. ;)

Overall I had a really good experience. If you are having trouble with anything or not sure what you are doing, the CHAT option helps a lot. That should be your first option.
The Bluehost rep. setup my domain DNS Records with the information Mailerlite provided. I will also recommend, ensuring the TXT records only reflect what is needed and not necessary duplicates.

I contacted Bluehost regarding cancellation of the domain name and the Wordpress hosting services because the cost is exorbitant.
My issue got resolved, my refund was processed almost immediately. The only issue was the long wait time. I was on line with them for almost 2 hours! The rep was wonderful; the system was ridiculously slow

A very unethical company. I signed up and paid top dollar for a 2 year plan. The first year was fine, but as the second year started, I then started to get hit with an outrageous bill to renew my domain registration. OK, I can easily just transfer it to reasonable domain registry company, so i do that. Then when i get my domain transfer confirmation from Bluehost, they tell me they are going to cancel all my services (even my hosting that I have paid another year for in advance). I contacted their customer service and spent half an hour trying to explain to them that domain registry and a web host do not have to be the same company and are completely independent things. After wasting a ton of time, it finally got it straightened out. I am looking forward to finishing my second year, so I can completely get away from this horrible company. Don't walk, RUN from Blue Host.
