This is the second time calling for assistance and it was great/ your tech support also helping my developers solve the problem. It took some time but we got it resolved. I had Bluehost when if fist launched my website, and for reasons I can't figure out why SEO team decided to move my newly develop site. But it did happen!. Anyway, I'm glad to be back and looking for long and lasting relationship.

I was porting a PHPBB system from my home computer to Bluehost. It took quite a few support calls and chats before I got someone who knew that the issue was database connectivity. Once that was fixed, everything has gone smoothly.
Several support people seemed to know nothing beyond Wordpress and I'm not using Wordpress but I did get someone who knew what the issue was and solved it.

Not great customer support. Keep getting error messages about by SSL, which seems to be fine when checking elsewhere. The wrong email address is connected with the account on your end, but you won't seem to fix it.
I'm unable to access my website and it keeps crashing as it loads. It's supposed to be connected to WordPress but I can't actually get in. Images are breaking whenever I do try and reload it. I'm just unable to do anything really...
Reviews and price.
When logging in, you asked for a verification code which said it was sent to ***.com. I think most emails end in.com. There should have been clues as the beginning to at least show the first few letter or first and last letters of the email.
Some of my pages went off-line. The first response was this was an issue on my side, which I refutted. They then found the source of the problem for the specific web page and we both thought we were done. After closing the chat I then found that there were more pages on the site off-line and had to cycle through the chat one more time and they fixed them all up.

You have chat boxes on each page that you claim to be able to help a novice. Not so, Of all the times I've gone in a chat box, ONE lady helped me. Everyone else claims it's not their dept. after wasting a LOT of my time.

From time to time I have needed support from them and every time I got the issue resolved with just one call. Over the years they have continued to improve and upgrade their services and customer experience and it shows in every aspect of my experience with them and their products. Whenever I am speaking to someone about web hosting I express this and suggest Bluehost to them if they need hosting services.
Clyde listened well, kept me updated, made changes where he could and wrote tickets for what he could not change. Kind and patient gentleman.
It's easy to get a nice-looking website online with very little time, so I can spend more time creating content to post instead of worrying about web design. Very user friendly. The only thing I don't like is how much it costs to renew after the initial great price.
At the time I signed up it was a great price and it's easy to use, so I will probably continue to use it.
I've noticed a pattern where tech staff offer a solution, close the chat, but the problem isn't actually solved. This means I have to re-contact support and explain the situation again, which is inconvenient.

Its not simple to navigate. Every single thing need to pay. But how come I cannot know till the last step. That is kind of trick. Also Bluehost and Wordpress not really corroborate each others, so that it takes long time to figure out the process.

Things got put on auto pay... i took them off, they magically got turned back on. Other items got added to my account that i don't need, reps tried to argue with my husband about how they were valuable... he's a network engineer, he got annoyed and then i had to listen to him complain. So thanks for that.
