This is the second time calling for assistance and it was great/ your tech support also helping my developers solve the problem. It took some time but we got it resolved. I had Bluehost when if fist launched my website, and for reasons I can't figure out why SEO team decided to move my newly develop site. But it did happen!. Anyway, I'm glad to be back and looking for long and lasting relationship.

Not very intuitive when trying to work on multiple websites. Should be easier to add additional owned domains to the Create New Website page instead of having to enter domain name. Should be able to select from own websites to begin editing.

Too many clicks to get to the control panel to edit and control the account. The old user interface was for more efficient and did not have all the extra un-needed steps. The new design sucks, it slows the process down and makes things more complicated.

Been a customer for 20 years and am not ready to start looking again for a hosting company. Though with the new pricing and the change in my legacy account, should anything more change or another price increase, I will be looking for other solutions.

Passing through the gauntlet of options and screens just to be able to access the Cpanel is astronomically stupid. Every single time. Even if the sites are already set and running, you have to stare at the initial setup like an imbecile.

TBH I barely scratch the surface of what's available on the site, but for my simple needs it has always been easy to navigate. My previous site was a rudimentary site I built with html and it was easy to manage through the Bluehost interface. My current site's Wordpress and it's such a pain, I'm going to opt for a simpler more robust platform for the next iteration. I put this one together initially through the BlueSky subscription and they were very helpful although I've been managing it myself for the past couple of years and the experience has been frustrating. I rarely have cause to ask support of Bluehost but when I do, support has consistently been readily available. As a host I have always found them to be accessible and available and for so long as I require a website as part of my profession I expect to remain with them.

Immediately after logging in, an advertisement popped up that blocked the entire screen, which I had to dismiss before I could continue to my account. Even worse, it was very unclear *how* to dismiss it. This is very disrespectful towards the customer, and gets an automatic low rating in my book.

Since I have been working with bluehost I have not been able to use my website, there is a problem one after another (More than 1 month no working well). The support team are the most horrible an unpoffesional I have never seen. Well not everyone, but you have to be lucky to find the rigth one. Sorry about it, but my experience has been horrible so far.

I think I got a good offer but after all this problem I see I got a very bad offer. I lost already more than I have safe hiring bluehost.

It's ridiculous that agents do not inform clients of the details of accessing their files (web files) after hosting expires.

I was completely misinformed. I was told that I can still access my website files even 30 days after my hosting platform expired. (I was not told that I must reactivate my website to access these files.) I had to end up paying almost $50 to reactivate the platform just to access my web files.

After speaking to the agent on the line I literally had to BEG her for a discount since I was misinformed or not given the proper information from the beginning and that alone was a hassle. She said she would ask a manager for a 20% which was approved, but later the system "wouldn't take it" so then she eventually had to downgrade it to a 15% off... and getting her to even do that took a lot of pressing. She was not understanding, and initially didn't have any sympathy or understanding of the fact that I was misinformed from the beginning.

Reason I chose this business:

Simply because I need to access my files. I will never use Bluehost again.

The customer service for tech support has been sub par. I've been a customer for 10+ years and recently I've called in a few times for different tech support and the agents couldn't solve my basic issue, and they weren't knowledgeable or they didn't use active listening to understand what my requests were. I fixed the issues myself after several calls and 4-6 hours of wasted time speaking with tech support.

I have not been able to login via webmail using my primary account. I purchased two additional email accounts for my team members and neither one can access using webmail. The popups that are on my site when I log in are irritating. I worked with your chat representative and they said they cannot be removed. That was Ecommerce popup page. Today the page was website protection and i could barely see the button "no thanks" so I could move forward.

You need to think about your audience when this is a system wide popup - you are not making fans

Quite mixed. I have had 2 helpful experiences, where my problem was resolved quickly. This was when the Bluehost agent reversed my website having been removed from my websites tab, the other was when my another agent reversed my being locked out of my account (a BLuehost error). The others have been particularly poor. One being my login not working for reasons that were not explained to me. The other being bluehost removing the wrong website from my hosting package. The other being waiting 20 minutes to be identified (couldn't find my url or login details) before being able to ask my question. Call dropping spontaneously. Being put on hold for 5 minutes after I asked "what will happen to my original website if I click Transfer website?" The pathways /hosting/details/sites brings up a different page from /hosting/sites which was very confusing. This is particularly poor because of the fact that this is a hosting site, yet the pages on it are confusing.

I previously had a domain and wanted to continue on this, but will likely be switching as the service has been touch and go.

What is this PIN system? The requirements of it were completely ridiculous, I tried a number of permutations just to get something that allowed me to submit it but it always showed me an error. And who uses that? If you want to set up 2FA there are a million better ways to do it, the $#*!s the matter with you.

About a month ago, my website was DELETED with no explanation of why. I spent over 2 hours with chat support trying to get it back. They had no explanation to give me of why it happened. They were able to eventually get it back, but this caused a LOT of stress for me, and as a result I no longer trust that bluehost won't just randomly do it again :(
