This is the second time calling for assistance and it was great/ your tech support also helping my developers solve the problem. It took some time but we got it resolved. I had Bluehost when if fist launched my website, and for reasons I can't figure out why SEO team decided to move my newly develop site. But it did happen!. Anyway, I'm glad to be back and looking for long and lasting relationship.

Your website still block my connection without any specific warning! I still have to use VPN to connect? How dare you still charge my money and block me at the same time!
Too lazy to move into another platform
So many problems trying to set up this account and migrate the website only to experience a massive malware problem that Bluehost could not fix. Pro-migration did nothing to assist the migration and even deleted the website I had migrated. Very unhappy with the whole experience.
I have another account with Bluehost and had not experienced so many issues, but the account was established prior to my taking it over.
This is terrible service, I am sorry. I am trying to transfer my domain to another registrar. I have requested the authorization code twice without any success. This is not the way to keep customers.
My subscription is due to expire in 1st April but why will my websites and domain be shut down before my current payment is due to run out. Also why will money be taken from my account before the current subscription ends without a notice of the amount and when they wish to take it out from my account? I received an email earlier this month that a payment of £146.80 precisely for a year's renewal. But today Bluehost took £397 from my account for the same renewal because they have access to my payment details. Calling the to restore the website, I am getting an email that it has been delated and I can call back if I have backups.
I haven't chosen Bluehost today. I am calling them to resolve my website and domain that they have taken down without owing them.

I have difficulty every time I try to log in to this site. I have another site, and I don't have a problem. I have had to change my password several times. The system repeatedly tells me that my username is wrong. It tells me that my email is incorrect. And, it kicks out all my passwords until I have to call for assistance.
- Site UI documentation needs to be updated before the UI is update.
- Burying setting behind pages orphaned pages is incredibly detrimental and needs to be fixed. DNSSEC is one page/setting that comes to mind that has had its setting page orphaned. Good thing that isn't used for anything important for a Domain Naming Service.
- Removing security security features and forcing in SMS notification only is dangerous in a world where AI can fake your voice.
- Removing feature accessibility for payed features if you are not using word press does not unfriendly and counter initiative.
- When your site is having a security issue, notifying the user that they have a security issue should be paramount. I should have to wait two weeks to find out what security issue my site is having from your support team while they do the fourth virus scan due to a DDOS attack.
I chose blue host as it allowed me to upload my own HTML files and not use Wordpress or another site creator. I have since found another alternative and will be disconnected service at the end of this renewal period.
I really have found the customer service to be far below what I expected. At Level 3 it is better, but still massive lack of commination and clarity onto what's going on. I have had my site deleted, I have had MX records removed, my site down for several days, found so many bugs between the front and back end. All in all it has been a nightmare.

My platform kept crashing and I was uploading content and it kept not staying there next time I checked. I finally contacted customer service that said they will deal with this and months (over a year?) later the issue still persisted.

Its very hit and miss. I find you are seekign new customers rather than helping current clients. If it is a simple task things are done perfectly, or if I tell you what to do it gets done. But problem solving I find i get fobbed off and sent in circles
I originally choose it up good uptime and a good deal on packages and willingness to negotiate on those packages, but these qualities have become less and less over the years and also the email system is very old fashioned and I can get no help in sorting out deliverability
The chat pop up window and notification bell are a distraction when not in use. I can also do without the large ads for purchases before going to account manager. Otherwise, this experience has been great!

I can't add anything at all to my site or update it in anyway without it throwing my whole site off. The color, text, images and everything start to overlap each other. It's pathetic and it's unprofessional.
Its been around 4-months and I have never received the free help that was promised me to assist with my website when I made the purchase.
Several customer service personnel said someone was to contact me but that never happened.
So I'll just try doing it myself, without the help bluehost promise, otherwise another 4 months will pass by without my website being published.

Every time I log on, the Message Us box pops up-blocking access to important items/links. This is for a long time now! I can not even log out. I have complained several times. I have cleared cookies/cache, restarted- used different browsers. Nothing gets rid of the Box.

I have spent far too much time trying to launch the site. "Cannot upload you appear to be offline." Telephone help the first time wasn't helpful. Told me they didn't see a problem with my site. But all of my friends and I can't see anything but an error on the site. Searching the web for answers is not helpful for a newbie like me. I'm going around in circles, and the Wordpress editor drives me batty. Doesn't like Chromium, I'll try Firefox. OK never mind, I'll try Safari. Nope let me double check and see if this works on my PC. This is not what I call streamlined nor bug free. So frustrated! Even clicking on help couldn't even get me to the help menu. Wordpress should be separate from wpforms should be separate from bluehost.

Confusing interface. Web Builder is a poor tool. Customer service is taking too long to respond (you overwhelm them with too many clients at a time). Overall, just waiting for my subscription to expire and I am outta here.

Because I am locked out of my email and didn't want to pay ANOTHER $100 for the only 2-3 users I use vs 7 I had at one time and didn't realize I was signing a year long contract for. I didn't chose bluehost, you forced me into sticking with you past my point of satisfaction. How that's not extortion, I'll never know. Ah, capitalism.

Ease of use, and support is often good, but sometimes they give less than helpful guidance. Is this a training issue or lack of experience on the part of tech staff? Likely. Overall, the experience has been good.
