This is the second time calling for assistance and it was great/ your tech support also helping my developers solve the problem. It took some time but we got it resolved. I had Bluehost when if fist launched my website, and for reasons I can't figure out why SEO team decided to move my newly develop site. But it did happen!. Anyway, I'm glad to be back and looking for long and lasting relationship.
Our experience was great because of generous in terms of user numbers and unlimited storage, efficient processes, and a focus on customer satisfaction. The hosting excels at providing timely support and ensuring smooth operations, which made everything seamless. One area for improvement could be increasing proactive updates, so customers stay better informed throughout the process.
Wordpress interface is not intuitive at all and quite buggy. Would much prefer a reliable interface that allows items to be edited in place- much like WIX or Squarespace

I'm planning to leave Bluehost and going to WPEngine because you are too expensive for the value that you offer. You're basically charging the same as WP Engine for a lesser product and your customer support has been anything but helpful recently. Lastly, the new UX and UI with login isn't ideal and I don't want to have to click through the e-commerce sale page every time just to login.
I miss the Bluehost that I once knew.
I have been less than impressed with the wait times both on the live chat and when I'm waiting for issues to be fixed. I had NO website for over a week while I waited for someone to get around to fixing it. Not good enough
I have already paid for a year's subscription but if customer service doesn't improve I will not be renewing next year
Service has been slow, rude and there is no real way to contact someone when you have a complaint, you are just passed onto the chat. I was told I was getting a refund and no one could tell me how much that would be. It didn't come through, I contacted Bluehost again and was told I wasn't eligible for a refund, despite the first person saying it would be with me in a few hours. Terrible service.

While the systems have continued to run, we had nearly 2 weeks of issues just trying to get into our own account. Support was virtually worthless and couldn't reset lockout attempts which negatively impacted our business. There seemed to be no escalation path at all. We no longer recommend Bluehost or any related services for customer needs as the potential impact to business is far to risky.

BlueHost has become the most broken, incompetent hosting environment in the world today. I am in here this morning because I've received an email saying my SiteLock has expired. But because there's no way in the system for me to reactivate that on my own, I have to waste my time by getting on a chat with someone so that they can do it instead.
Whatever it was BlueHost was thinking several months ago when it rebuilt its entire system, it has been a dismal failure. You were once one of the best. Now you're the absolute worst, wasting the time of your clients as if it doesn't matter.
Not by choice, and I'll be leaving soon.
I needed my site updated because the OS you had me on was outdated. Despite many attempts you refused to help me. I moved to DreamHost and for just $99 they moved my website. They also provided me an up-to-date system for less per year than you were changing me for an out-of-date system. Glad to be moving on Bluehost. I was customer for over 10 years, but you never cared about that at all.

Enough with the advertising when I'm trying to log in. It's annoying and I will never use the service if it's there blocking my login. Period. Never. Even if I disparately need it. Hard no!
I have been using Bluehost for many years. Today was honestly my most disappointing experience of all. I felt like I invested a great deal of time trying to resolve certain issues I have been having. It looks like my website has been under serviced and neglected and now even the files don't seem to work anymore. Even the support team member wasn't able to resolve the issue. Furthermore, previously the client servicing interface was much more proactive in providing solutions and alternatives to issues being had. Today I was told that my problem needed to be escalated to the right support team and the it would take 24 hours to get feed back. I made two separate calls, the first client support staff member actually disconnected the call while I was still talking. I had to address several issues. His tone was condescending to the point of being offensive. He wasn't even able to explain that the DNS servers take 24 hours to propagate. I was having an issue with an update for the MX files on my google workstation which needed to be updated. Needless to say, after the call when I tried to update, I received five errors for all my MX codes. I had to call again, the second person I spoke to was much nicer and tried to help as much as she could. But, again she was unable to tell me whether or not I need to change any of my packages and whether what I was signed up for was what I needed. For the record, this is the first time that I have made a complaint against Bluehost, but I am just very disappointed with the level of service.
Your customer service is pathetic, reaching your corporate office to address any issues is not existent and no one responds to emails either. The CSR's in the overseas call center constantly lie about issues that the client know exist. Changing to another provider.
We already had hosting paid for, however switching to one of your competitor and not renewing.
I have tried to authenticate my mailerlite account and spoke to Bluehost agents 14 different times and they all assured me that my account was fine but it is not. I have not been able to use my account since Feb 13 and losing money b/c I cannot send campaigns. Bluehost and Mailerlite are integrated but I have done everything needed and still having issues with authentication. Nobody has solved my issue.
Spent hours on chat for help which took forever for a rep to come online. Once they came online went over the problem and was told things were fixed need to wait and it will be back up. So waited waited and went to go and seytup my site but nothing was fixed. I don't like wasting my time and I need this fixed.

When I went to my frontpage to add a photo the shop now feature disappeared and most of the categories disappeared. I have not been able to get them back.

In general, my experience with Bluehost has been ok. Right now I'm experiencing a complex issue related to the DNS on my account that has taken more the 2 weeks to resolve. It is still not resolved with no ETA.

The Bluehost Customer Service Team has the knowledge and been empowered to resolve whatever issue you may have. Amazing.
Migrated site from another host January-February and it's been an absolute fiasco. Paid for the migration. The new site went down twice for over 24 hours, vanished, was back and forth for hours with customer service, lost revenue, lost content, lost time. I get different responses from different agents. Someone tells me something is fixed when it's not. Site showed database error for over 24 hours. I call again and the whole process starts over. Even today I had to call again to ask for something to be done again when it was allegedly done over the weekend. The person from the weekend even didn't make the update when they said. My conclusion after all of this is that I made a poor choice and will be looking for another web host.
Bluehost email has ALWAYS sucked. I have NEVER been happy with the service provided, and customer service is nonexistant. Currently I am shopping around and will be fleeing as fast as I can from this platform.
Twice I have encountered hackers who have corrupted my website. You have no protection in place to prevent this. You have no automatic backup of my sites. You have left me vulnerable and stranded. Your technical support offers no solutions.

I couldn't log into my website to make edits. The rep was very helpful and was able to walk me through and get me in.
The person who created my website for me recommended Bluehost.
The spam filters are not working. I am getting hammered with a specific type of space and am having to manually enter the sender's email in the blacklist. The filter should have figured out by know which of these emails are junk.

Very unsatisfied with your service. I have problems all the time with this account. Somebody hacked my account and I didn't even get the reimbursement for that. Your customer service is horrible, they are never able to solve anything promptly.
To me I would change all my service to another host and not keep going with you. Very unsatisfied by the way you treat your customers.
