This is the second time calling for assistance and it was great/ your tech support also helping my developers solve the problem. It took some time but we got it resolved. I had Bluehost when if fist launched my website, and for reasons I can't figure out why SEO team decided to move my newly develop site. But it did happen!. Anyway, I'm glad to be back and looking for long and lasting relationship.
Our experience was great because of generous in terms of user numbers and unlimited storage, efficient processes, and a focus on customer satisfaction. The hosting excels at providing timely support and ensuring smooth operations, which made everything seamless. One area for improvement could be increasing proactive updates, so customers stay better informed throughout the process.
Blue Host is hell bent on collecting money while not providing the services promised. My website had been nonfunctional for most of the time I've been paying for their services, They created so many problems on the back end that should never have been an issue in the first place. Even getting my social media accounts suspended because the website was faulty. Costing me thousands in unusable print materials. The chat support is a joke where they try their best to make you wait as long as possible. For two weeks they gave me the run around saying they fixed something when they didn't, then telling me it takes 24 to 48 hours to see the results. They told me this 3 times just to get me off the chat without fixing the issue. When I finally got a competent employee he fixed the issue in 4 minutes. If the professional on the chat doesn't know something let me know and find me someone who does, don't waste my time because you are afraid someone will find out you cannot do your job.
Professional recommendation (which I regret)
Loading speed is to slow 1 second slower then hostinger. Price is to high almost doubled hostinger. C panel outdated it needs a reskin. One star is what you get with old infrastructure and barely any upgrades.

Once I paid for service it was extremely difficult obtaining the assistance I needed to correct website issues, finalize services I paid for, and simply receive answers to my questions. I was consistently told my inquiry needed to be handled by another department. It has been such a frustrating experience that I have completely stepped away from my new website for the past several weeks. Overall, dealing with Bluehost has been discouraging and disappointing.
For some reason my IP was blocked from access so I couldn't get into my account. The people that helped me were great but there was no explanation why it happened. It's pretty frustrating with a new account just started in Nov 2023.
You have been known to be great for Wordpress in the past. We will see...
$#*! customer support. Login never works. Can't ever talk to a human. And payment sucks evey time you rearrange your site and I gotta figure out your bad desires.

I've never used a Credit Card nor have I ever needed one. I had to borrow a friend's card to pay for my hosting on BlueHost!
This is ridiculous, I'll have to move to another hosting provider next year if you don't allow my bonafide bank's debit card, which I have used on Bluehost without issue.

Bluehost takes forever to respond to support inquires. My last issue I waited over 45 minutes to just talk to someone. Earlier today I was on hold online for over 30 minutes and no one came. When I contacted your support with twitter they said to try again. My website is down, I'd love to be able to talk with someone to get it back up. If this continues, my business is gone.
My website has been down since my domain name renewed. I've tried your support service twice and waited 48 hours after each for it to "propagate." I'm waiting - again. I can't tell you how unhappy I am with this.
It's very difficult to update credit card information. You have update each domain one by one. Then half way through, it stops letting you update the payment method for no apparent reason.
I renewed everything for the site and yet my layout is now changed and missing images etc since the renewal. So essentially I paid and then come to find out that my site now looks awful. And when I called support the only thing they told me is I have to set up a meeting with the Design TEAM. I have done this before and there was no trouble shoot offered, the only thing I was offered was to pay a few grand or more to work with the design team. That is complete manipulation and a total waste of my money, so much so I'm about to transfer everything to a new site host. Way to provide awful customer care for long term customers!

The support team is not trained, there were configuration errors with the DNS that I had to hire external people to configure it correctly.
When they gave me support, they said "it's already solved, wait 2 days and we'll see", that's how I was for 2 months.

The login experience is truly awful. For weeks, it did not allow me an option to update my existent password so that I could sign in automatically. This had to be done manually, making the sign-in process tedious. Additionally, after logging in I get an ad/offer from Bluehost. Every time. You're kidding, right? I mean, I pay for my service already. In short, streamline the login process and you will have scores more happy customers. Thank you.

When I first began with hosting, Bluehost was great and by far my favorite hosting provider. In the past 6 months, however, primarily following the renewal of my hosting plan, the service has drastically worsened.
I have a plan and would like to use it so long as I have to as per my contract.
You keep charging me over and over when it's already paid. All of my nameserver change attempts have failed. I haven't received a refund and was charged again.
Support agent was very polite and knowledgeable. Support agent resolved issue with one phone call. Agent took extra care to not only stay on the line to make sure my issue was completely resolved but he also too extra care to first, make sure he understood my issue and understood the details such as spelling of the domain name and password.
Why?
Well, my husband bought a domain for me for Christmas. I was locked out of my account due to incorrect password. After attempting to self resolve but was unsuccessful, I contacting Bluehost support.
I had an issue escalated and then heard nothing. When I followed up today I was told the case was closed. The issue remains and no one from BlueHost reached out to me at all. Really poor customer service.

In general, I have had little to no issues with Bluehost hosting. Over the course of 8-10 years almost no down time. Glitches every once in a while, but that's going to happen anywhere. Thank You Bluehost.
