This is the second time calling for assistance and it was great/ your tech support also helping my developers solve the problem. It took some time but we got it resolved. I had Bluehost when if fist launched my website, and for reasons I can't figure out why SEO team decided to move my newly develop site. But it did happen!. Anyway, I'm glad to be back and looking for long and lasting relationship.

Hi, I had a problem with a subdomain because of a DNS issue and it took more than two weeks to fix it, it was important for the company and we pay a lot per year compared to other hosting services. The truth is that we are very disappointed with the resolution of the online agents. At least they are friendly, but it's no use if you need a lot of interactions to solve a "minor" problem.
In the end it was solved because I made another subdomain from scratch and contacted you again.
I can't give more stars because it always requires several interactions to solve problems that are not serious. The day it becomes a "SERIOUS" problem, I can't even imagine what will happen.
