This is the second time calling for assistance and it was great/ your tech support also helping my developers solve the problem. It took some time but we got it resolved. I had Bluehost when if fist launched my website, and for reasons I can't figure out why SEO team decided to move my newly develop site. But it did happen!. Anyway, I'm glad to be back and looking for long and lasting relationship.
Our experience was great because of generous in terms of user numbers and unlimited storage, efficient processes, and a focus on customer satisfaction. The hosting excels at providing timely support and ensuring smooth operations, which made everything seamless. One area for improvement could be increasing proactive updates, so customers stay better informed throughout the process.
-My billing is always kinda a mess. Getting charged before the date, getting multiple notifications that indicate that a bill is overdue or due when it isn't.
-All of the emails register as suspicious from our addresses from here.
-When logging in all employees get a message that they are about to enter a suspicious site which looks bad on us.
-I have to click through that ad for upping my security every single time I log in. That's just way too much.

I used to be able to create an Addon site without having to call customer service. You have changed that so that I must now create the Addon only by calling customer service. That change convinces me I should move my domains.

Appalling service. The chat function does not even work. I have not been assisted even though I tried several times. It then has the audacity to ask me to rate the knowledge of the rep for a service I did not even receive! I am an international client therefore don't want to pay huge costs trying to phone internationally. Bluehost do not even have an international freephone support number. Non-existent customer service. This is not a company I would recommend to anyone.
I would not choose Bluehost and will now look for another service provider when my subscriptions come up for renewal again.
Forcing changes for security reasons, without options, is still forced change. Passwords with a false sense of security. No voice in the matter, just a paying victim. I hate it every time I log in, but this is where I am. Remember, you asked.

I was locked out of my account for a few weeks and the response time on emails from the team that was to help me didnt provide any reason or details. Very disappointed. Good thing my website was just beginning to be built or who knows how much money I would have lost.

The service is horrible. I have been trying to get my website running for over a month now, and all I get is the runaround. The agents keep telling me they fixed the issue and I need to wait between 4-12 hours for the fix to work but it never works.
Loved bluehost back in the day for high quality service - regardless of phone, chat, email, etc. this is slipping. The hosting speeds and capabilities are NOT the best and everyone knows that, but service made up for it. No longer the case. Likely a hosting shift coming soon for us as we grow.
All good except setting up my Google account failed midway through. It seems the account now exists, but I never set up a password. I'm not sure if I'm getting charged. Very frustrating, but likely user error.

Your login process is ridiculous. It will sometimes accept my domain, sometimes my email and today, for the first time, made me use a User ID that I have never seen before or used. I have had issues simply logging into my account almost every time. I've been a software engineering manager for 10 years, specializing in user experience. This is a trash experience and I hope you can make this better. I've heard this same feedback from others using your services.
My bluehost representative spoke excellent english, she was kind, patient and knowledgeable. She even stayed on the line upon my request to make sure I understood the process and how to do it myself. I have never had a better experience designing my website. Bluehost please keep up the GREAT work and never get rid of your phone line.

I wish there was more transparency with billing. I'll get suddenly billed for things without warning, and for multiple year terms I didn't agree to. I've tried to look up my subscription status for different offerings on the website, but didn't find the information I needed.

Moving to slow. Asking me to do to much in my opinion. Days without communication. Can't find my certification e-mail. Not enough support. Trying to teach me how to do this and I thought they would be doing this. I'm just going to pay someone. Timing is everything for us and the timing is not working out. Hey, what did I expect for FREE.
The chat bot does a very poor job. It would be nice to have real agents to help clients who may be experiencing issues. I also have issues with the billing department. I have sent payment twice already but for some reason it just does not seem to be registering and I have not heard anything back from anyone, only that my domain is expired inspite of my attempts at renewal.
My site for phished and shut down. Getting help for this has been difficult. I'm basically on my own trying to figure this out. Is your hosting site not secure? Why am I not offered assistance in cases like this when the phish attack was not my fault? Or at the very least a support person I can call who can help me go in and help me fix the problem.

All components functioning as needed. Site performance is good. The only time the site went down, getting support on the line was fast and their fix fast and successful. Wordpress automated installation and good site building support made first time website site creation pretty smooth.
My website continues to crash, down too many days without explanation, getting it back online is great but why is it still crashing ~ it's a baby website with less than 500 visitors and no fancy bells, just what is provided in templates offered. The security and service provided for the price is severely lacking.
I thought they would provide secure hosting and easy to use website builders. That isn't happening at all ~ it just looks good from a distance but then there is no security or ease of use, just lots of selling and 'repropagation' after "fixing" what was wrong.
Service has been inconsistent and frustrating. Not intuitive. The assistance they offered for over $160 per month was very good before they changed platforms going from Blue Sky to Bluehost. It was obvious that there was a reorganization because the level of communication and getting to the right department became exhaustive. Wordpress is not easy. I was very disappointed to observe the service going from excellent to sub par. Had to cancel. Nevertheless they host my website and getting in to edit has changed for the worse.

I made a switch from Homestead to Bluehost. I was really excited about getting a new website but when I reviewed it, I was a little disappointed. My site looks boring, nothing fun about it not even fading in and out photos. I waited a little more than a month for this. SEO score shows to be low on the Wordpress builder site. No training or anything of the sort. I had to figure out how to use the site myself. I'm sure I've screwed up a few of my pages too. I guess I over expected and they under delivered. I guess I'll have to learn how to do this myself. I put in several change request but it takes them about a week to complete or longer. Even if its just changing one photo to another.
They take so long to respond to a change and I see no creativity while making the change, no suggestions either. Like I said, I expected too much. Since they are the professionals, I expected professionalism. My website doesn't even show up in DuckDuckGo! Really disappointed.

Bluehost deleted my site and this has had a huge impact on my business. I still do not have my site restored and my business can't effectively move forward without my website. I am losing revenue daily.
