This is the second time calling for assistance and it was great/ your tech support also helping my developers solve the problem. It took some time but we got it resolved. I had Bluehost when if fist launched my website, and for reasons I can't figure out why SEO team decided to move my newly develop site. But it did happen!. Anyway, I'm glad to be back and looking for long and lasting relationship.
Our experience was great because of generous in terms of user numbers and unlimited storage, efficient processes, and a focus on customer satisfaction. The hosting excels at providing timely support and ensuring smooth operations, which made everything seamless. One area for improvement could be increasing proactive updates, so customers stay better informed throughout the process.
Bluehost has the worst customer service. You get different answers depending on who you talk to. They make very little effort to resolve issues. And, even when the issue was of their own making, they do nothing.
We have been Dedi customers of BlueHost for many years. The last 2 issues that we've requested assistance have both gone unresolved by Tier 2 Support. Tier 2 Support does not correct the issues and gives us basic answers that we have already thought of. Tier 2 does NOT provide solutions or escalate the issues to Tier 3. The knowledge base of Tier 2 Support is not the same as it was in the past. They used to solve or fix the issue. We are seriously considering leaving BlueHost.
I can't get this dumb-$#*! "Message Us" window to go away, and it is keeping me from paying my account because I can't see the whole screen.
Please, get your tech team to put an X in the "Message Us" window so I can close it!
I have been a customer for years, but my patience is running thin. When I talked to someone on the phone, they acknowledged the "Message Us" window not working correctly.

This stupid site locked me out of my account. Customer service chat was able to help me but my cache was cleared so I lost the messages and couldn't even say thanks it's all fine now. It's always an ordeal for me to get signed in to my Bluehost account and I absolutely hate this experience.

You overcharged me for what was supposed to include technical help 24/7, but the 24/7 help always says I have to pay extra to help. Plus, on the bottom of my site, it has three rows for the same thing and won't let me delete them. I could have built a better site for free instead of paying $165.

I haven't had the support I expected from your web site description. The only question I had couldn't be answered by your representative and I would have to pay extra to find out why a WordPress feature would not work properly with the template. In your sales pages you say that WordPress features are available but you don't say that it takes special knowledge to integrate the templates and WordPress.

The huge banner ad upon login is incredibly deceptive. You can't opt out and it comes up every time. I fell for it one time. I just want to log into my account without your constant advertising! I am ready to leave Bluehost over this!

My email is down that I use for my business is down due to a server error. The person on customer service said it would be fixed in 24-48 hours...MAYBE. Also the manager let me know that he doesn't even USE Bluehost for email so they don't even use their own products. This is issue is costing me THOUSANDS of dollars today and Blue host doesn't care.
I use them and won't for much longer due to the fact they told me to go ahead and use a different server
It's frustrating that as a new user you get a deep discount and get to sign up for a higher service at lower price, but when it comes time to renew, you're not able to select one of the lower services, only go up a level.
Bluehost has worked well for me. A web designer once told me that Bluehost was unstable and he refused to help me with some coding because I was using it for hosting. But I haven't found that to be true. Seems solid. I've also enjoyed one of your webinars and the customer service there is very good. Just wish it was a bit cheaper. I scored you a 4 (because I rarely give top stars), but that 4 should really be a 4.5. You're doing a great job.

I have been trying to figure out why our emails don't go through from the branded email section. I have called at least once a month for the past several months and each time the customer service department said it was fixed. 48 hrs later I have had the same problem. They said they would update the API and that would fix the problem. It never did. I had to start all over again, step by step to fix the problem myself. All I had to be told was, "your mailer expired or wasn't installed correctly" instead of months of not being able to use our branded emails. Why don't you have a team that is more knowledgeable about your email system?
Because I have been running my own site and my client's sites on this service for nearly 2 decades. I have had more trouble setting up this account than I have with any other account I have created previously.
It's been a bit frustrating. I have to reach out to instate an SSL on every website, regardless of the amount of time that has passed after purchased. The sites are on the slow side, even at top tier :(
The actions towards my account has shown me Bluehost is not reliable and i cannot trust the service. Money was taken off my account after cancelling my subscription. Before it is due. Spoke to customer service. I was told all money will be refunded and they did not keep to their words. Not all was refunded. For this reason I cannot truth the site with my detail. If they could just take money of my account for not good reason and their words is mere say.
Overall the service is fine but the logging in is a bit of work, having to sign into Bluehost then getting hit with an ad, then closing this survey before even getting to the link for Wordpress. It is a bit annoying.

Tools and pricing are pretty good. Outsourced/Overseas customer service is horrific and enraging (just like Dell, DocuSign, etc.). It sours my experience of Bluehost more than you can imagine. Also, stop trying to sell everything to me and force advertising useless services.

It's been one problem after another. I should of had this website up the way it's supposed to be months ago. I have a lot more content for it but have been stuck on making the opt in box work. I talked to Aweber twice and added the records, I think I have the wrong form now and am trying to figure out how to change it.

I also have a site at Godaddy because it is a.live It is slightly easier there but am pretty much stuck on the same issue there now. The way temporary domains are set up is inefficient and causes problems in terms of a temporary domain in the primary domain slot "counting" as a whole website. This render's 20% of my websites unusable and is a major problem. I am considering asking for a refund

We keep loosing the connection to our domain - website created in weebly. L have been making friends with all of your support chat staff. It was working, but I think one of the support staff pointed the domain to the not created mybluehost website when I had to get the SSL connection.
Eventually, i will create a website here with bluehost. But for now, I just wish it would work for more than a few days. I like the format with bluehote wordpress better and hope to thave this all in one place later this year.
Worst experience ever! Was unable to login for about a month, then I cancel my hosting! The year after, I was billed again for a whole year, and I thought to try again, but then I could not access any of my files, and they tried to blackmail to pay extra for for SSH access!

I can never get a straight forward answer. Just be transparent and tell me the truth. I can live with it and move on.

I DIDN'T choose Bluehost. My predecessor did and I am paying for his choices.
Had to give up to save my sanity. After weeks of circles could not get a misconfigured DNS subdomain removed. Escalated support is email only and typically was 1-2 day response repeatedly saying it was fixed, when it never was. Lots of apologies but still not fixed. In the end I gave up. There was no way to properly escalate and get the problem fixed even though the problem was clear.
Chat support is responsive, but due to misunderstanding they created a subdomain that was not required. Could not get it removed and asked for escalation. Weeks of circles and simply could not get it removed. Given up and will look elsewhere. Simply too frustrating. Never seemed this way before
