This is the second time calling for assistance and it was great/ your tech support also helping my developers solve the problem. It took some time but we got it resolved. I had Bluehost when if fist launched my website, and for reasons I can't figure out why SEO team decided to move my newly develop site. But it did happen!. Anyway, I'm glad to be back and looking for long and lasting relationship.

I went to renew my annual hosting package and was SHOCKED to see that your fees have not just increased but have more than doubled since last year ($179 to $419) 134 % increase. Your support helped adjust some of the price but you have now sent me shopping for next years renewal. Regards
I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and require the services to do my job. Seems like new customers get the super deal and us old loyal customers have to fight for a cost break.
I am no longer able to edit my existing galleries on my various web pages. I entered the Chat with one of your associates and was told the permissions needed to be changed and they changed them. This didn't solve my issue so I am now having to add individual blocks per image rather than adding to a gallery of many images, just to keep my site updated for now. Any help would be appreciated. Miscommunication between personnel regarding the site migration to complete misinformation by the first person we spoke with by phone. It's taken well over a week to migrate what is now a one-page site. Now I can't receive or send email and though we followed the "diagram" it's still not working.:-(

I have always had excellent service from Blue host over the years. Very knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to solve problems. Very happy.
Website had critical error but was soon sorted out by Bluehost.

The bluehost panel to create a staging site does not indicate that the staging site cannot be removed without wiping out the whole site - that is pure garbage and a disaster for anyone who makes the mistake of using it

I have a 27" monitor... the first thing I see when I enter the Bluehost website is an advertisement. I had to scroll down to find the small print that let's me "Escape" and get the information I actually need. Bluehost makes it's customers feel like we are nothing more than a collection of wallets.
I am locked into Bluehost but would gladly leave if Bluehost wouldn't nickel and dime me to do it, e.g., I just brought over roughly 15 domains... and was charged a transfer fee of $12.99 for each one! I have over 100 domains elsewhere... no way they are going to Bluehost. Also, what's with charging $9.99 to automatically tell me my domain is about to expire? Seriously? You want me to pay you to sell me more services... this company has lost it's way.

After many years of good service, had non-stop problems with hosting and terrible customer service. My website specialist moved me to another server and all has been great. Too bad your service has gone downhill.
I find the website development pretty confusing for a beginner. I am not a web developer or coder and I mostly have to press buttons to see what they do. So, if I had it to again, I would most likely consider another webpage design platform. My friends recommend Wix.

Your first page demands a response before your clients can move onto services... where they wish to go. That page is a sales offer and most people will be in a hurry. You present the optional button for a link to purchase in a first position — as large, dominant, first and blue. In order to avoid a purchase mistake you must notice the very much smaller black font beneath the big blue button. It's a nuisance and purposefully deceptive to make another buck. We paid our money... show a little respect and taste. I came to you by choice because I have a higher opinion of you than you seem to have of yourself.
You ask why I came to Bluehost today... You have been my provider and recently your opening page has made me wonder if you have changed. I really hope not! I would like to stick with you!
Changing from User Email to User ID for login without warning was not a fun experience when I needed to make a quick change on my website. Also, the forced upsell screen every time I log in is pretty annoying. Please give me an option to opt out of receiving that pop-up every time I log in.
I have had nothing but issues since I started using this platform. I'm currently trying to build my website and there are freezes and it won't save anything.
When you set up a Wordpress console, many plugins come preloaded that are of no use to me. When I log in, I get your advertising on the first page. And it continually kicks me out of the session and asks me to log in again and put the text message. It's too much.

Since my malware incident, I have not received back continued messages from either the Security Sales representative. Nor have I received an acknowledgment or any message back from the two tickets I recently placed into Professional Services. The site lock team has been very helpful however.

Your support team cannot update my email without bugging me 10 times to confirm via email and even when I confirmed they keep asking again and again. Also the website is not easy to create here. It might have been easier to make it using html and css instead of putting so much money here.
Misleading, and unethical service provider. Ulfat at the online chat is condescending and unhelpful. Refused to escalate my dispute and refused to give me a reference number. I have been unethically induced to renew a service which I had already cancelled and upon realisation of this I tried to remedy the situation to no avail because Ulfat kept on repeating the same things, in a condescending manner and refusing to find a solution.
Bluehost was a mistake and has induced me a mistake which they refuse to correct.
I'm just trying to update the payment method. I get so much spam claiming to be from you that I know it will take forever to figure out how to do that and now you want my feedback before I've even had a chance to try! Back off!

Customer service is the worst. Today I paid for a domain name and received the wrong one and Bluehost is not doing anything to make it right. Negative reviews on all social media platforms are underway and i will be reporting Bluehost to the better business bureau.

Terrible hosting services. My website has been unsecured since I had it open. Email doesn't load in time so I've missed many opportunities. Worst hosting platform. None of the techs can map me through to identify the issue.

Bluehost has really gone down hill. It keeps sending me notices to update my address, but I can't do it because it won't accept my password. Somehow since the update I now have two "accounts" with one domain assigned to a different user. The password to get me into Bluehost will not work on the account screen. You decreased account capabilities for the average user because a few bad apples abused the unlimited policy. Nothing like trying to hide behind some lame excuse to increase prices on all. I guess all good things must come to an end.

My price jumped just too high from where I began for a website I only need kept up. When I chatted with someone a few weeks ago they could not help me. It is just too much money for a site I just need to remain and barely holds anything. I am really upset I moved from where I was paying too much at $118 to a great rate I knew would go up but not HIGHER than where I came from.
The labels on the tabs are not descriptive enough and I don't use the site often enough to remember where the actions I want are buried. So every time I need to update my site I have to poke around for the right place. I am happy to help create more descriptive labels.
