This is the second time calling for assistance and it was great/ your tech support also helping my developers solve the problem. It took some time but we got it resolved. I had Bluehost when if fist launched my website, and for reasons I can't figure out why SEO team decided to move my newly develop site. But it did happen!. Anyway, I'm glad to be back and looking for long and lasting relationship.

When I use the chat, it just keeps doing the web bot. Doesn't give an option for tech support even when I put it in there. If there is not tech support, then it should let you know that when it sees the words tech support
I have a website that has an issue on it. Very frustrating
I use only domain name service, but BlueHost changes my dns A record to point to it's own host address without my permission. More, I cannot recover my A record! Why should I contact the customer service with this?

I want pdf file invoice send to my email every month. There is no automated invoice i have to open the blue host account everymonth for invoice and its not even in pdf or word which does not support my accounting software. I will change soon from blue host because only for 15 euro i dont have that much time to spend for one invoice
No one would help me so I'm still trying to figure it out. My business affiliate has left Blue Host for the very same reason. Everything is about a dollar after a person has spent a lot of money already! I hate that I did this. My sites are still down because I need to figure it out! Bluehost SUCKS!

Bluehost informed me they are having issues with propagation. This has impacted my domain, web hosting, and email! To make matters worse, they did not offer any resolution or alternative service options for paid accounts.

There are constantly IT issues that effect me being able to edit my website. Each time I have to start a chat while it's taken care of and I'm told each time that there won't be any more issues and then there is only days later.

We are customers since long time. Times ago support was much efficient and quickly, today in case of problems time flow... moreover the stability of platform is not as strong and stable as before, sometime email unstable, and so on.
I never requested a free.online domain. I asked for it to be discontinued. I continue to get popups when I log in which suggest that I add domain protection. I do not want the pop up and I do not want the free domain!

I was about to leave bluehost but the lady made me staying.
We are no longer using this domain name, we have chosen a different one, and I have looked everywhere to cancel the free email trial so that it will not automatically renew, and there is no option to cancel it and stop it from auto renewing, even though I cancelled auto renew on everything else. Sure enough I just got an email saying it will auto-renew.
The new interface is confusing. There are too many upsells. The had a few chat support, which concluded features are no longer available. I have been a customer for a very long time and I prefer the old cPanel setup.
I have been trying for a week to get a technical issue fixed. Multiple conversations with tech support has yielded no fix to date. This is utterly consistent with my experience of Bluehost for the last few years I've had to use it. We are moving our business to another platform before our next renewal.

It's difficult to be able to make edit to pages because Bluehost/Wordpress keeps changing where things are. I also hate that I have to click 4 or 5 times after logging in to get to my page to edit it.
Help chat sessions often take really long wait times, toward half an hour sometimes and then agents close the chat off if you dont respond within a minute or tow which is really frustrating. Its like they expect that you are just staring at the chat box waiting instead of trying to do other work
I had a ton of trouble accessing my account when you made your website updates a few months ago. Lot's of time on the phone with your technical support, multiple times to resolve the issue. Wasted hours of my time. This issues seemed to be resolved by one of your agents telling me to clear my cache before I use your site...every time. I don't completely understand why. But it has worked since I started doing that.
Services are great overall, but any time in the past 15 years that I've had a problem, it takes a week to recover services -- resulting in DAYS of being down. All because it takes days for Tier3 to get involved. They told me this past time it was because they were waiting for my response via email. Not true. I jumped through EVERY hoop and obstacle they put before me. Services went down on Monday, were restored Saturday afternoon. What a disaster. No, I am not a happy customer.

Email spamexperts has been down for months without a single notification from Bluehost, though they are fully aware of the issue and are still charging my account. The ad after login is irritating and there's no way to say "STOP SHOWING ME ADs. I'm TRYING TO WORK HERE!"
I find the email server clunky, customer service is difficult to work with and takes forever to speak with someone about your issues. I also find the website and all features you must purchase are overpriced.
I chose bluehost 8 years ago. I would likely not choose it again. There are other hosts with better customer service and easier webpage builders.

I absolutely do not like speaking with people in other countries that have no idea when you are having issues with the network and say no problem here only to 4 hours later the problem is fixed. They have no tools to help people and are extremely hard to understand. I wish there was a copy that would stop outsourcing.
My web designer told me too and know she is having to move because of poor customer service. If I could find a company that did not outsource id move in a heartbeat.
Although the LIVE support option has been excellent, I feel that there is a problem with BH and its' continued warning pop-ups about our website and domain security. We have already contacted BH about this issue and it is unresolved
SO FRUSTRATING! 1. when i click on the email, there is a glitch that takes me to hosting. 2. My account was being charged $600 for a website renewal that was originally $12.3. When I tried to look at what the charges are for each domain, i won't show me the amount!
