This is the second time calling for assistance and it was great/ your tech support also helping my developers solve the problem. It took some time but we got it resolved. I had Bluehost when if fist launched my website, and for reasons I can't figure out why SEO team decided to move my newly develop site. But it did happen!. Anyway, I'm glad to be back and looking for long and lasting relationship.

I used to be able to log in with my email address and password, but all of a sudden it started requiring a user id that I didn't even know I had, so I had to do the "forgot user id" email thing. Never had this problem before. Also, the fact that every time I log in I have to click "No, thank you" on the stupid upsell and then it takes me three clicks to get to my wordpress site has been annoying for a while.

You don't fix something that's not broken, unless to improve it.

It's a little difficult to learn the difference between Bluehost and Wordpress. Maybe there are some tutorials I'm unaware of. I don't think its a bad reflection on Bluehost, though. I admit that I've been working on this only sporadically for months. I'd probably have a better understanding if I could dedicate a solid week or two to it.

When things go wrong, the teams are not helpful in sorting it out and it takes a lot of pushing and time on our side to follow up on every little aspect. Not only did you leave us with no website and emails earlier this week due to errors on your side, but we are still waiting to find out why it happened and how we will be compensated appropriately. We lost business due to this and also we wasted so much time pushing to get everything back online - was not a good experience.
