This is the second time calling for assistance and it was great/ your tech support also helping my developers solve the problem. It took some time but we got it resolved. I had Bluehost when if fist launched my website, and for reasons I can't figure out why SEO team decided to move my newly develop site. But it did happen!. Anyway, I'm glad to be back and looking for long and lasting relationship.
Our experience was great because of generous in terms of user numbers and unlimited storage, efficient processes, and a focus on customer satisfaction. The hosting excels at providing timely support and ensuring smooth operations, which made everything seamless. One area for improvement could be increasing proactive updates, so customers stay better informed throughout the process.
My web manager says Bluehost is ok. Now I need to get involved as I can no longer pay him. Please provide real people to at least guide the Lyman's ignorance

I migrated a LAMP web application from another system to Bluehost and got it up and running quickly with an excellent suite of built-in tools to manage my web application.

I crashed my Computer and lost all my Blue Host Passwords & ID... The Customer Service Representative asked me a couple of questions and we were able to re-establish my E-mail in my Outlook software.

Overall it was quick and the advisor was very knowledgeable and had a lot of empathy which is good thing, i mainly wanted to get in contact as I didn't want to renew my website anymore due to financial reasons at home with the cost of living in the UK at this time.

Server performance is much faster than GoDaddy, and I haven't encountered any 503 error like GoDaddy's server does.
I have found Bluehost very responsible,patient and helpful in the building and maintaining of my Wordpress website. I am 85 years old so I am proof that you are never too old to set up and manage a site as long as you have backup. Have discovered their Academy and recommend it.

I was drowning in e-commerce space while working as sole proprietor and I opted bluehost at my initial journey to find solutions of my acquired research.
I used to be able to log in to my Bluehost account with my email address and password. Now I need to use some random string of letters that I had to save to a text file. The change is annoying. It was not the CSRs fault. That person was able to help me log in at least.
I've had this system NOT recognize me in the past and I've had to go through the same gymnastics to once again gain access.

I transfered my domain from Google to bluehost - should be a simple process. But my email stopped working, my first web person fixed the mx codes, but it took 3 weeks to figure out that the DNS codes needed to be disabled for outlook to find me again. Super stress full 3 weeks.
