This is the second time calling for assistance and it was great/ your tech support also helping my developers solve the problem. It took some time but we got it resolved. I had Bluehost when if fist launched my website, and for reasons I can't figure out why SEO team decided to move my newly develop site. But it did happen!. Anyway, I'm glad to be back and looking for long and lasting relationship.

Bluehost offers good Wordpress hosting and support. In my most recent customer service contact I was looking to understand why Bluehost created an extra domain that I didn't request.
In the course if my annual domain verification process I was alerted to a registration fee for a new domain Bluehost established for our site. The new domain was automatically added my Bluehost. While it may be a good security measure for sites doing e-commerce, managing sensitive data, etc, it isn’t necessary for our site with limited scope. On the call, Bluehost explained that letting the domain renewal expire would be the best step to eliminate the extra domain and associated fee.

The hosting service performed as advertised. Outages were always restored before I noticed the problem.
I have hosted another website with bluehost for 3 years.
I initiated a chat on Bluehost to upgrade my Name Servers for my domain name. My support person did an excellent job updating them and was polite and respectful the entire time.
My outlook email couldn't recive or send emails for few days, i had to get someone to fix it.
And this introption is not good for business. If there were problem, they coul notify instead of intropten the email.
I had more than 10 calls each day to develop our web site for our domain which has registered with blue host although we has a privacy protection plan
