This is the second time calling for assistance and it was great/ your tech support also helping my developers solve the problem. It took some time but we got it resolved. I had Bluehost when if fist launched my website, and for reasons I can't figure out why SEO team decided to move my newly develop site. But it did happen!. Anyway, I'm glad to be back and looking for long and lasting relationship.

Support wasn't helpful and very rude. Domain worked perfectly and then all of a sudden it didn't work with the redirect properly. Support blamed it on my host, which wasn't the issue. Transferred my domain to GoDaddy instead.

You've upgraded the login experience, I guess. Now 29 different usernames/logins don't work. When I asked for my user Id, I was sent an ID I have never used to login to my hosting account. Not sure how many of those 29 IDs I'll need to change. I also don't know what other consequences will result from the upgrade but so far thanks for nothing.

Things keep happening to my service that bluehost does not know the answer for and they all have to be escalated because first tier customer service does not have the answers. For instance my constant contact auto renewal was turned off yesterday. For months our emails have been blocked because of SPF DKIM issues and bluehost says are settings are not getting pushed. Also, our website went down a few months ago an customer service gave us the complete run around saying they couldn't understand why.

There was a problem with log ins preventing me from logging in and doing needed work. I was told the IP address i am connecting from had to be enumerated whatever that means. This took about an hour of my time with the failed log ins and having to wait for support to start answering the phone. While I had issue with log ins I couldn't use the chat help feature.

We have been with Bluehost for nearly 20 year as it had always put service to its customers to the forefront. However, the recent changes to the site reflects a blatant attempt to sell us more products -- which has only made the site harder to navigate. Furthermore, we now get an ongoing onslaught of spam/phish emails relating to our Bluehost account which only adds to the annoyance of this "new and improved" version of Bluehost. It's a shame.

The new changes make it longer to sign in and get tot he dashboard. And, customer service is complicated because people are multi-tasking and you never know if you are going to get the great rep or the lazy rep who doesn't speak English. Other than that, all has been running smoothly for years. Thanks for the great work!

I just learned that I am over your file count. Unlimited was what I purchased from you almost 2 years ago. Your company sold me on the unlimited capabilities with building and hosting websites. So much so I came from GoDaddy to you. Know I am out of compliance because what you told me did not last long. Plus there is not easy way for a number webmaster type person to fix this. Which again cost more money. I am not utilitzing emails with all my sites. So that again means no easy fix. Signed Frustrated to no end.
