This is the second time calling for assistance and it was great/ your tech support also helping my developers solve the problem. It took some time but we got it resolved. I had Bluehost when if fist launched my website, and for reasons I can't figure out why SEO team decided to move my newly develop site. But it did happen!. Anyway, I'm glad to be back and looking for long and lasting relationship.
Our experience was great because of generous in terms of user numbers and unlimited storage, efficient processes, and a focus on customer satisfaction. The hosting excels at providing timely support and ensuring smooth operations, which made everything seamless. One area for improvement could be increasing proactive updates, so customers stay better informed throughout the process.
The site works mostly how it did when hosting sites before and people have been nice. My email I think is snow fixed but I was told it was fixed the first time I contacted customer service and i waited about a week before contacting again because I was told may take a while and it never ended up working. The second person who helped me got me going before they let me go

Over and again I have had the same issue unresolved for months and moths. Bluehost, a once caring and excellent company in terms of fairness and customer service, has become a giant dissapointment and I have to move all of my business elsewhere. Three or more chances to resolve my issue have failed.
I am unchoosing Bluehost today after over 20 years as my provider.
Customer service has been terrible. It used to be great, which is why we migrated from GoDaddy but lately it seems I'm more an expert at email and hosting than most of the reps we get connected with.
Every time I log in to my account I'm constantly prompted to purchase domain security. I have paid for my account and I DO NOT want to be constantly asked to pay yet more every time I log in. I have tried to contact support about this...it went away for a few days and then came right back. It's annoying and has made me NOT want to renew my service with Bluehost.
I have had a problem that has lasted about a week. I think most of the problem has been resolved but it was a mess. I had to pay for expert service ($165.00) to get my needs met. Bottom line is that my landing page disappeared as a result of having to fix a URL issue. I will be glad to speak with anyone of your choosing regarding the details of my issue.

Absolutely awful tech support if something actually goes wrong. I had multiple issues for years and you can never get direct access to help. You start back at the beginning every time with a new agent (who really doesn't believe you).
Mobile experience trying to update payment and manually renew wouldn't save new payment information and would not allow me to check out. Tried both in the renewal center when trying to renew two products and separately in the billing center to try and update the card on file to then be able to select it as a payment type when checking out and neither strategy worked. Had to wait until I returned home to use a laptop and access the desktop version of the site.
I've been a customer for 5+ years but the user interface on mobile leaves a lot to be desired.
I hate these popups, they are everywhere, you keep asking for ratings when I have used a feature once or not at all, and I just want to work on my site. On top of that, even though I've already purchased things, I have to click through a full-page ad every day after login. I used this site only a few years back and it was great. I probably would have sought another service if I'd realized how unusable it had become. This is beyond aggravating!

Your website is full of bugs/errors. There is some sort of caching feature that makes it very obnoxious to try and make any edits/changes to my site. Your support is slow, and don't always seem to have a firm grasp on what is going on.

It took 2 weeks to fix upgraded SSL and Sitelock...services that I have paid for and were installed incorrectly creating a host of issues. Even now, after the website is up and running, I cannot receive emails on my iPhone and have received no tangible support from anyone at Bluehost except for sending me articles that are of no help

My account was hacked and I responded within 1 hour of the hack. I have now been trying for 2 weeks to get you to remove the intruder's email address. I have had to upload my personal details and still it is there. How did you allow the hacker to change this and are not able to correct it switftly? Your support (3 times) has been unhelpful apart from wasting several hours.

Bluehost has been extremely difficult to use. Once every month or so I am forced to reset my password without any warning. Which usually forces me to have to chat with someone. When I'm done using the chat to be helped, the chat remains open (even though I close it out) every time I come to the website, resulting in a very loud "ding" sound.
Tech support takes forever especially over chat. I also seem to be a conundrum for your tech support because I (gasp) dent use wordpress. Our site has bounced up and down, going dark and coming back up, for over a month now, and no one seems to care over there.
I'm stuck with it - it came with the job.
Twice as long to get where we are today. Been stressful as no one could find welcome call information for modification. Timelines not be kept. Mod request page doesn't populate and told this is a known issue. Not a very professional way to run a website hosting and creating business if your website doesn't work.
