This is the second time calling for assistance and it was great/ your tech support also helping my developers solve the problem. It took some time but we got it resolved. I had Bluehost when if fist launched my website, and for reasons I can't figure out why SEO team decided to move my newly develop site. But it did happen!. Anyway, I'm glad to be back and looking for long and lasting relationship.

One area for improvement could be increasing proactive updates, so customers stay better informed throughout the process.
I was presented an offer that was not relevant for me today. When I wanted to skip it, the pointer did not even indicate that this option was clickable, and it took 10-15 seconds until I got any kind of feedback from my click. (I am using Firefox on a Mac, everything up-to-date)
I can't access my website to create/edit it after paying for hosting. I spent hours on chat with support and accomplished nothing. Considering moving my domain elsewhere. Extremely unhappy.

Your documentation about transferring a domain is not up to date. What is on the actual website does not agree with the images and instructions.
The chat is slow to answer and, as with most operators unfortunately, the support person does not accurately read the query, so I had to keep repeating the question in different ways.
Your customer service is terrible - beyond terrible. I have tried and tried to get help. I either never get a reply or am on hold for up to 40 minutes or get someone who clearly has a language barrier or get disconnected after over an hour with no one reaching back out to me to continue. I have lost hundreds of hours of work.
It doesn't matter because I would never make the same mistake again.
Bluehost has not been able to provide the services I pay thousands for. My new domain purchase does not work and customer service just gives me a runaround. My sites get hacked - and once even destroyed by a tech support worker who erased my website! I deeply regret choosing bluehost and the years I have worked with this company.
I got set up here on a bad recommendation and it is taking me a long time to migrate to another host. I look forward to the day I no longer work with Bluehost.
I highly recommend everybody use any other service and Bluehost. I got a domain through them, and after I got it, I added more securities which I paid more for privacy and protection. Once I got it, they refunded me the money and said that it looked like a fraud after two weeks of me calling every single day to find out why. Once they found out what was going on, I had to email them saying go ahead and take the money back so they could activate it, and it's still inactive. It was the worst experience ever. If this was an active domain at this moment, I would be losing hundreds.
You guys had a high rating, but after getting your service, it was the biggest mistake I've ever made.
There are sudden changes to login and account names. This is confusing. Some random username now applies to my account an Alpha numeric eight diget usernem.
I've had nothing but issues with my website and Bluehost support making the issue worse. I contacted them last week for a simple error message I was receiving, and by the end of chat my site was returning a 500 error and was unreachable for several days while support looked into the issue. They finally got the site back up, but it's still having the same issue as before.

Most if front agents are not capable to solve our problems and some of them even make it worse. Most of them ask us to leave phone number but no one really called! No one! I don't understand why they refuse to forward un-solved issue to tech team?
Cheap - but my website are hacked every month - I think you lack of ability to secure datas.
Overall sound implementation. Picture transfer process is tedious and import fails a lot (Ruby error). SSH/SFTP documentation poor to support that transfer and FTP should be locked down. Why do I have to endure and upsell page every time I log in to manage files?

I cancelled hosting service on day 26-28 not sure now. My experince has been horrible from day one. Worst part about it is i have said someting several times to find out they think they are still hosting my accoint and email.i have had someone else for a while not

Bluehost has been a complete pain in the neck to deal with and have tried to kick me out of my legacy account for the past month. I have had to call many times and waste countless hours to have access to my website just because THEY tried to screw me over.

Website down. Multiple attempts to work through tech support. Account being flagged for SPAM, misleading answers from tech support, a horrible UI upgrade, constant upsell... I am not sure there is anything you are doing well.

Unresolved issues with domain name transfer (I have called twice to have the problem fixed and it still remains). Very disappointing. Everyone always says Bluehost is the best; this is what I get for listening to affiliate marketers.
I always have to go to customer support for various reasons (website malfunctions, SSL turning off, website not secure, URL changes, professional mailbox not working, long delays while talking to customer service through the chat box, etc.) I spent most of my time fixing these problems, rather than working on my website.
The pop-up every time I log in about adding domain protection security is very annoying, and there does not seem to be a way to dismiss it and keep it from recurring. Not very professional.
