This is the second time calling for assistance and it was great/ your tech support also helping my developers solve the problem. It took some time but we got it resolved. I had Bluehost when if fist launched my website, and for reasons I can't figure out why SEO team decided to move my newly develop site. But it did happen!. Anyway, I'm glad to be back and looking for long and lasting relationship.

I had heard great things about Bluehost. I knew they were my choice before i got started.
I had a very difficult time communicating with the Chat representative. I didn't feel like the person understood what I was requesting and I also don't think I received accurate information. However, when I called on the phone, the rep understood and quickly took care of my problem. From now on, I will ony use the phone contact if I need help.

It has been relatively pain free to use WordPress on Bluehost but it wouldn't have been my choice when deciding to go with a web host. The biggest issue is the email. I can send myself an email from home and it will eventually show up on the email address hosted on Bluehost. We have also been subject to people not accepting email from us as their server has blocked anything coming from Bluehost's servers. Nothing new but frustrating all the same.
