I bought a cap for my two stroke oil for my boat motor it is electrical and it caused my entire motor to burn down, this guy says he's not helping in any way and that he operates out of his parents basement and can't afford to help me.
I ordered a Johnson pump impeller and a Raritan ice maker at noon on Monday 2/24. Received a confirmation with tracking information within a few hours. Both unit delivered Wednesday 2/26, Wow!. Not only was the shipping free, but they beat my West Marine port supply price by over $250. Upon opening the ice maker box, I found the door latch broken, I sent an E mail to Ryan on 2/27 informing him of the shipping damage and how to proceed. On 2/28 Ryan replied informing me that he would notify the manufacturer. On 3/2 i was informed that a new latch was on its way from the manufacturer, it arrived on 3/4. This is what I call great customer service. Fair pricing/free shipping/great follow up. Who could ask for more!
I purchased some SEMCO teak finish. The price was excellent with very reasonable shipping, but I didn't expect much considering the poor reviews. The purchase was easy, and the product arrived quickly by USPS Priority mail. It's clearly new stock material, with the total cost not much over half what I would have paid at West Marine. A very pleasant surprise - and I'll certainly use them again.

We ordered a part, then somehow it was mysteriously "canceled" and we received no notice. When we called to check on our (now late) oder, the person on the phone told us that the order was "refunded" and that it may have been either a) another customer who canceled our order by accident or b) the other guy in the office (apparently there are two) entered the wrong order number to cancel. Either way, he told me (while not letting me get a word in edgewise), there's nothing they can do about that order. And now, the price is $100 more ("out of our hands").
When I pointed out that in both of his scenarios that the fault was at their end not mine (interrupted in my attempt to speak several times!) and to ask how they want to make it right, he said there's nothing they can/will do. Very rude, then hung up the phone.
Clearly not interested in having an honest business relationship. I do not recommend this business - they claim "error" but don't make it right.
Purchased a trim cylinder from this online store. Item was received quickly and as described. The price was also the lowest online. Received continuous updates during shipping until item was delivered. Highly recommend
I order a Y pipe for my mercruiser engine and was sent a box with a bunch of calendars in it. I contacted there customer service and was asked to send a picture of the box. Received no response or communication to resolve the issue. I even offered to pay for another y pipe so he can send it out and I can get my boat repaired while the issue was repaired as I was told they had another one in stock, suddenly it was sold and no more were available. Horrible customer service. Was hoping they would resolve the issue as I don't like to leave bad reviews but they are definitely a garbage company to deal with.
I ordered from them resulting in an immediate email confirmation of my order and their promise to notify my of the shipping status. Two days later I requested an update with no response. Waiting another day, I emailed my cancelation of the order, again no response. Another day later, I stnt two more confirmation emails of my cancelation, again with no response. Waiting one more day, I emailed that I would refuse shipment although they never sent the promised notification of shipping in their first email of order confirmation. I have now asked for confirmation of a credit with no response to date. Now I find out they are not approved by the BBB but too late for me. Hope this warns others.
I ordered 8 items (various boat zincs) from Boaters Emporium. When I received the shipment, only 1 of the 8 items I ordered was in the box, due to damage in shipping. It took some time to get a response from the vendor, but it seems like they were having email issues with their *******@boatersemporium email address. I always like supporting small businesses like this and I fully understand it can take some time to resolve issues due to the smaller staff size compared to larger online businesses. In the end, the company provided a refund for the missing items. A big thank you to Ryan for resolving the issue. I will definitly do business with Boater Emporium in the future!
I bought a Frabill Bait station and it stopped working after a couple uses. Contacted the merchant and was ignored. This company seems like a scam that sells faulty products. Buyer Beware!
Ordered on Monday around noon, about two hours later received a tracking number. Delivered today(wednesday). Would buy from again. Thanks!
