So, I ordered a whey protein shake during sales and it costs me about 100 dollars, but turns out I had an allergy to soy that is included in the product. They straight away refunded me. Having to write them from email is like texted to a friend on snapchat. They reply so fast. Amazing Customer service. 100 Percent buy from them if anything.

Garbage! Do not subscribe to the bodyFit application. At some point it will stop working and not allow you to log in. Showing error messages. Customer service offers nothing but automated email replies with no resolve. Use the 7-day free option and then cancel immediately!

Worst supplement company out there. It's literally impossible to reach anyone in customer service. The service number directs you to an online chat with a freaking robot so you have no clue what's going on. This place should be out of business.

Item delivered (tub of protein powder) by Evri damaged (by dropping into my garden onto a path). Contacted BBW and relatively easy to return and get a replacement. But replacement was the same damaged item in a new box. Now can't get a reply from BBW through phone, email, Facebook messenger or Twitter. Been trying for 4 days now.

I paid for 12 months next day delivery. Delivery was through Evri, which says it all really. Where my problem started.

Bodybuilding.com is trustworthy and offers vitamins and supplements at very reasonable prices. They also have a great community for advice and support, where you can share your health journey with others on the same track as you are. I've tried to find better vitamin and supplement deals, but I still haven't found one.
They delivered over a week after the day they set for delivery - they will take your money and wont refund the $11 it costs to ship returns - horrible customer service - they have no interest in being fair or helpful - deleted my account
Ordered from the Europe website, they decided to send delivery from the American warehouse so i lost half of my order through customs confiscating it (whey protein etc.). E-mailed them and they offered no apology, just saying that you can't chose which warehouse they'll deliver from. Definitely will not order from here again, literally sent them money for no product in exchange.
I ordered 4 items in December 2022, I received three and one I have never received till today April 2023! I contacted them more than 4times all unsuccessful and no reply.
By the way the product was the most expensive item on my order. Never received it or money back either. Its hard to communicate with them since they dont have a live support at all. Not sure what to do. I can never ever order for such a site

I have been ordering through bodybuilding.com for years now. Recently, the quantity of product in the pre-workout has decreased. It's not even half way full. When I emailed to complain he compared the reason why it's empty to bags of chips. I can pay the same price for more pre workout at GNC. I will no longer order from here.
Bodybuilding.com is where you can truly find an answer to any question you have regarding exercise, supplementation, nutrition, and motivation to get you to be your healthiest! They are constantly posting new articles for the viewers enjoyment with each piece full of information relevant that ranges to the beginner and to the advanced. I highly recommend looking through the website if you're looking for some external motivation.
I have ordered from this site many times. I receive my products quickly and accurately every time. I usually get a few samples with my orders as well. The site is AMAZING not only for products but has an endless amount of workout programs and videos of how to perform the exercises. I don't think I've ever seen a website this comprehensive and well thought out. I highly recommend this place.
One of the worst customer service there is. All they say is "I apologize nothing we can do ". I ordered a product, been a month and there still is no tracking number. Apparently their shipping is becoming worse and worse. They don't even compensate for the delay. My last time buying from that website.

They do not have any customer service. Just a chat bit and FAQ's. My membership perks recently stopped working so I have to pray the bot can help clear the shipping charge and now the workout app won't acknowledge my membership. There is nobody to talk to about this.
Would not let me order even one product with my credit card. I have an 800 credit rating, pay my credit card in full every month, but they stated that the only way I can order an item of any cost, I will need to either wire the money or pay via money order. They could not tell me why, and only allowed me to email - not call - their billing department to be told the same thing. AVOID this company!
There is huge delay in parcel (and some times it does not arrive even after 2 months)if you are getting the supplements from bodybuilding.com from US. The customer service guys are pathetic. They give stereotyped answers, and do not resolve the problem... they are genuine but going the downward spiral. Beware
This company absolutely has the worst customer service on the planet. USPS says the package is lost but bodybuilding.com is not satisfied with that. They want to wait a full 3 weeks before addressing the situation... this is the second time this has happened and I still gave them another chance. The first time they billed and shipped items I did not purchase. Not anymore! Buyers beware.
Pay for promised shipping, then add 3 weeks. Shop in store or at another venue. When I reached out to customer service, I got the impression that the order hadn't been processed... they blamed it on high volume/covid. Fine, just don't promise and charge for a delivery date. Last order for me.

Had ordered two units of re kaged ended up paying above usd 30 for customs as as they do not take responsibility towards shipping till buyers destination. NO tracking available. And the response of the website is just copy paste work no efforts taken what so ever.

Their online supplement shop also has cheap price. However, their online shop is really hard to use due to idiotic web design.
I order a lot of supplements from them and they always come super fast. I only have a couple minor complaints in that they charge too much shipping and their products are not always lowest price - I bought from a competitor last month and exact items were $25 cheaper including shipping.
First of all / I would have preferred to click no stars in my review but it wasn't an option. I ordered a hundred dollars worth of supplements from Bodybuilding.com which were lost by the Post Office after having been transferred to them by FedEx. Bodybuilding.com said it was up to me to work it out with the Post Office / they would not refund my money or replace the product unless the Post Office returned it them. I spent two and a half very precious family time hours tonight trying to get my supplements and all I've gotten is a promise from the Post Office that they will try to redeliver the products and that it didn't look like it had been destroyed in the riots in Minneapolis which had destroyed our local Post Office... but she didn't know for sure. Bodybuilding.com is a complete failure when it comes to integrity and loyalty to their customers.

They also said they were going to send me an email to cancel the part of the order that is "discontinued", which coincidentally happened during my conversation with customer service... but I have yet to receive the cancellation for the second order that I placed 60 secs after the first one for my daughter 3 days ago? I think I am going to go back to GNC. At least they have a true customer service dept...
