So, I ordered a whey protein shake during sales and it costs me about 100 dollars, but turns out I had an allergy to soy that is included in the product. They straight away refunded me. Having to write them from email is like texted to a friend on snapchat. They reply so fast. Amazing Customer service. 100 Percent buy from them if anything.

Ordered a product which was buy 1 get 1 free with 1 other product. The product which was not on offer arrived but other product was not in stock at despatch time. They don't want to give you the offer price because it was just for showing. Since than waiting, a lot of mails and conversion but all in vein. Big company but don't know when the product is going to available in Europe. Strange thing is that they don't tell you before ordering that the product is not in stock.
Wouldn't recommend anyone. Beware of these Americans fraudsters.

I placed an order and the site had crashed. Thinking it didn't go through, I went back and tried again. Turns out both my orders went through separately, so not only did I pay for two orders when I only wanted one, I paid separate shipping. I immediately emailed service, but didn't get a response. I got my products the very next day, which I wasn't expecting and still hadn't received an email. The next day I was going to call but finally received an email back saying it was their mistake and they refunded me the entire second order and shipping and told me to keep the product. They surpassed my expectations and were extremely friendly.

If there would be option of giving negative stars I would have. Let me be clear for one thing. I have till not tested the product so this is not to review that. All these supplement site offer same product what makes it different is customer service, and for this company their moto is not that customer is always right it is to how to take our money and then dont give to cents of care. Today its going to be one month since I had placed an order and it has not reached me. I dont live in a remote country, in a small village in Africa. I am based in Indonesia, Jakarta one of the biggest metropolitan cities. My tracing system shows my product is stuck at customs for over 15 days. And when I aske for customer support they give me log email and then point out how we as customers did not read the overseas guidelines and say they expect us to understand. I have attached a screen shot of their revert to me. I have send dozens of couriers from here and received many more from all over the world. This is not the fist time it is happening; these things happen in countries such as this. But the reason I am so pissed off as this is the first time I have seen zero effort from a company to aid in resolving this conflicts. Calls can be made and inquires can be put in place. I believe when you have the audacity to charge us $30 for shipping for god sake make sure we receive our products.

This is the last time I am placing the order with this company. And If you are like me who values respect and service over a few bucks you are better to order via GNC or other international store which dont make false advertisement.

Tip for consumers:
my only tip is you are not based in america then dont use it

I paid extra for a faster delivery (estimated time line was 1-4 days). It arrived 8 days later and for most of that time I had no idea where my items were. When I reached out to ask about this they told me it had only been a couple of days. For reference here, I ordered this on the 11th and I was asking about it on the 18th of May, so no holidays to delay the order. I asked for a refund and I got ghosted, but my items arrived the next day.
My advice for the next guy/girl: Order through Amazon, bodybuilding has gone down the sh1tter.

For some reason not all fitness websites have the best whey on the market, but Bodybuilding.com has exactly what I need and even offers special discounts on extra goodies which is awesome!

Placed my order on 1st July 09, mid August and no sign of my order. Cancelled order in August 09 and to date no refund! Keep receiving email confirmations promising a refund will be made within the next 3-5 days... same promise repeated by different reps from the company.
An absolute headache! I placed the order with these guys as their website come across really impressive and they seem to be very successful but if this company operated this way in UK, I'm sure Trading Standards would be on them like a ton of bricks! I would never order with this company again, and warn all my friends and family too.
Now I'm out of pocket and well stressed out because of their poor customer service. Had I known these guys were going to turn out like this, I would have paid more and placed my order with a UK seller.
Now I know it is crucial to check out reviews on any international seller before placing an order, had I done that in the first place, would have saved me hours that its taking to get a refund from bodybuilding.com.

I bought a weight set here and it was missing parts on arrival. Bodybuilder refused to help and referred me to the manufacture. What a hassle. Don't sell a product you're not willing to support.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t by anything with parts because they won’t ensure you revive all the parts. Might as well just buy something off eBay bc the support is just as bad.

This site is my favorite for bodybuilding supplements. Shipping is super fast and the prices are great (compared to GNC or other sites) I highly reccomend these guys.

I have ordered products worth $200 and paid $40 as shipping on the same. Waited for the products for over a month now with no idea if I will ever receive them. I am jotting down few points here for you all who are planning to place an order through bodybuilding.com from India.
1. You pay in advance and whether you receive the order or not your money is gone.
2. As per the website you are the importer and you are responsible once it reaches your country. In case if customs damages the consignment, it is yours and they will not refund anything.
3. While placing the order they will not tell you if that product is allowed in your country or not (in most cases). The website says that it is you, who needs to check if that product is allowed in your country or not with customs.
4. There are multiple courier agencies involved in the process. It will become a nightmare for you to track the package.
5. In case if consignment returns to their warehouse (in exactly the same condition they have sent) you will get refund minus courier (sent + return). In case if they receive damaged consignment, they have the authority of not paying you back at all.
6. I have seen few reviews where the consignment got returned to their warehouse and took as long as one full year.

I have been using supplements for over 3 years now and I can assure you that it is not worth ordering it from bodybuilding.com just to save few bucks.

Waiting since Christmas 2022 for a single product. You cant get anyone on the phone and wont refund the purchase. And the Live Chat is useless. Find another sight to purchase from.

I order almost all my products from Bodybuilding.com and they are 100% authentic. Plus on time delivery is awesome. I recently ordered ON's Multivitamin and I got it on time delivered to my address.

I like this site for its free workouts. It tells you different exercises and tips based on muscle group. I never bought anything from this site. I just like their articles.

Items were delivered to the wrong address and the post office told me it was returned to sender due to undeliverable address. I showed bodybuilding.com and still no refund.

Tip for consumers:
They are refusing to refund even tho the items were returned and confirmed by the post office. Total scammers! They are the ones who sent it to the incorrect address.

None I never received them and they kept my $210

Bad company cancel my order, they canceled my order without saying the reason they just said they can't sell to me, I researched another company that sells the same product called dps, they gave me a shaker as a gift for the first purchase, and the prices even better, in bodybuild I paid 389$ in dps I paid 340$, I don't indicate bodybuild, only name

Love this company, they offer some fantastic supplement deals that NO other retailer can even get close to matching!

Positives:
> Massive range, you name it, they got it!
> Great deals - ALL the same (Buy-1-get-1-free, 10% off etc)
> Free gift when you spend over $75
> Fantastic customer service, including a live chat service
> Fast handling service, so your item is in the post much quicker.

Negatives:
> Postage to Australia (where I am based) is very expensive, I feel as though I am heavily ripped off - despite this, they STILL end up being cheaper than purchasing from Australia.
> They restrict a lot of items from being sent, they state this is due to customs/border protection, but my own research has shown me that a lot of these items are fine to bring into Australia.

My recommendation for you Aussies is to use a service called Borderlinx to handle your shipping for items that BB.com can't/won't ship to Aus. Pretty much, you ship your item to an "address" in the US (Borderlinx provided this - free of charge), and then Borderlinx repack and then ship the item to you (for a competitive fee). This way you can import your supplements/protein! So far nothing has been rejected by customs!

I have tried to contact customer care for the past week and nothing! When you call the number, it has a automatic recording that doesn't allow you to move forward. All it does is automatically tell you to contact via the online help and then it hangs up. WHAT ON EARTH ARE YOU ALL DOING! Sitting on your behinds and not doing anything! You can't even operate a stupid website the we all like to have operational 24hour/7days a week! FIX WHAT EVER YOUR BEHINDS NEEDS FIXING AND LET US CUSTOMERS TALK TO A LIVE AGENT INSTEAD OF A ROBOT! OR ON THE PHONE! AND ALSO RESPOND AND FIND OUT WHERE ARE ALL OF OUR SHIPMENTS ARE AT! EXECS GETS PAID TO DO WHAT? I WONDER?

I've had some products purchased form them and then canceled my subscription. After this, the company has been non-stop emailing me about a subcription that I have and is currently out of stock. For a whole year.

I've contacted them multiple times only for them to tell me what I already know - I have no account with them and I have no subscriotions with them. Still, for a whole year and currently, they continue to email me with "Your Subscribe & Gain Item is Out of Stock" offering other products.

Every single time, I contact their support. By now, they simply close my tickets without even replying and... yes, continue to email me that spam. I've requested for them to delete my data, which they seem to ignore too as they continue to email me again and again.

Thus the 1 star, for a completely horrible view of their clients or ex-clients (they seem to be confused as to whether I have an account) and mishandling of user data, unsolicited spam, and GDPR breaches. Sadly, they are US-based so they don't seem to care about user-data legislation present in Europe.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid if you value your data privacy.

No products for several months. No Universal Nutrtion products for months. Customer service keeps writing copy paste messages that usually it takes 14 days. They have no explanation!
