They told me I would get a tracking number and email, neither of those things happened. Had to call to ask what was up with my order. The person answered right away though, and the product was here in roughly 3 days. Good quality stuff.

So far ive had several great and simple orders get to me fast and correct. A couple times i did receive the wrong size, but the refund or exchange was simple also. Good, trustworthy store that i will continue to do business with. Plus, they always send me the stickers i ask for! Lol

I placed an order on Friday and never received a confirmation email. I called on Monday and a polite Customer Service agent confirmed my order was being processed. It took a week to receive it. I've ordered cheaper horseshoe earrings and had problems with losing the balls. So far, these seem better quality and I will likely order again.

The shipping was fast, but the playboy nipple rings I purchased were far too short to fit all the way through my nipple. My nipples are no larger than the average person's, so that seems like an oversight on the company's part.

The only reason I give 4 stars: I received a seamless ring that was hinged, but the hinge was broken when I got it in the mail. I sent an email asking if I could send it back and get a replacement, and they replied within a few hours, saying it was on its way! Best possible outcome right there.

The product is not great. It works for what I want but the o rings are very small and flimsy and almost impossible to get on the backs of the tunnels. I've had much better o rings before that have worked better. Some of these ones have already broken and the product only arrived 3 days ago.

My ears are stretched to 7/16ths, and ive never had issues fitting any other jewelry in my lobes. But when I got the pack of tunnels from bodyjewelry, they are all huge. They were stretching my ear and really hurt after a few hours. I don't want to stretch my ears anymore, so I honestly can't even wear these.

I ordered a few horseshoe earrings. There silver colored were great, the distressed gold color turned black, and caused an infection in my ear lobe. I contacted the company who were going to correct my problem. I never received a call back. I will order from another company in the future.

The shipment came, but two items were not included.
I called the service number and the person on the line told me it was their mistake and they would mail me the missing pieces, but that one was out of stock and I would receive a credit on my account.
Well, they sent a duplicate item to one of the ones I already had, the gunmetal screw fit tunnels, which are complete crap, they turn my ears green and the costing came off in just 48 hours of wearing them! Gross. And there is no credit on my account.

I ordered three items from this website back in March. 2 swabs for piercings (1 regular, 1 aloe) and a nose ring. The nose ring and the regular set of swabs was fine, but they sent me an extra regular swab instead of the aloe version. I paid $30 for two day shipping and items arrived 5 days later. Product was as expected and great! Was refunded shipping costs but won't be expecting anything to arrive quickly so won't pay for fast shipping again.

I recieved my order promptly and love the product however, I never got a email confirmation of purchase or shipping. I ordered from another site cause out seemed like my order was never processed. The products were nice. I would just hope for more communicating.

Bought a nose ring and it was difficult to put in and the diamond is too big. I checked online and the website doesn't have a smaller stone for the 18 gauge nose ring. So I'll keep looking I guess. I was hoping to be done after getting this one.

The product was exactly as depicted and was delivered so fast! Everything was great quality and the sight is easy to navigate so I am pretty happy with it. The only problem is the kit I ordered was missing the 6 gauge tunnels but other than that everything was perfect.

The stretching kit I got is very nice. The color is a little dark though. I also got 3 packs of the 12g, but that's okay because I lost a pair so it evens out now. I most likely will buy from here again :)
