There were no prices listed until you after you put your card info in. Yall charged me $30 for shopping (next day shipping) and i didn't recieve my product until 3 to 4 days later. Never again will i waste my money on your products and i always buy my gauges from y'all

Two of the items I received were not what I ordered. I contacted customer service and they sent a new package immediately however one of the new items I received was still incorrect and there was a note that what I ordered was unavailable.

The majority of the belly rings I clicked on were not in stock. I found a few that were and ordered them. One did not come in package as it was not in stock and another came in a different color than I chose due to it being out of stock so I found this frustrating.

The company is wonderful, but the earring that I purchased has a ball in the back, which is very small and too difficult to screw into the post. I dropped the ball and never found it. The earring is useless to me. They should have made the earring where the front screwed on and off, not the ball in the back.

I googled for belly bars and this company popped up,
I started searching around and found a couple of things i liked, in particular i saw a picture on pininterest and asked the company if they have this, within seconds they popped the item on their website for me to buy!
It arrived within 2 weeks which was good, its from USA to UK.
I was very pleased with the company and the customer service was brilliant! 5stars!

Doesnt have a much of a range of solid gold & solid rose gold body jewellery in certain categories anymore.
Plus im still waiting on my purchase to come in the post!
The solid gold stuff is amazing, i cant wear anything but gold and its good to know i can trust my skin wont irritate from the jewellery..

After receiving my shipment of ear gauges that was missing a few sizes, i was told that the shipmemt was correct. Only after arguing a bit further was i found to be in the right, but instead of sending me what i was missing. I was offered 20% off on re-ordering the pieces...

Ear rings arrived quickly but were not totally as described. I received the correct number but one was missing the smealmess clasp and two were a size too large. Overall the order was correct and I will order from them again but if issues like the missing clasp continue I will stop ordering.

They actually ended up not having the tunnels I ordered. So they emailed me & called me, twice cause I didn't answer but I called back. They explained to me why they couldn't give me the ones I ordered. They offered to give my money back or I can pick out a different pair. I picked out a different pair of tunnels that actually cost more than the ones I ordered and they offered to paid the difference for the inconvenience. I got them within 3-4 days after they called me, WITH a free gift (another pair of tunnels) in the package and a %15 all future purchases card. I ordered an eye ring in 14K gold. I expected the eye ring to be at least as thick as the barbell eye rings that you sell. What I got looked like thin wire and the ball at the end of the eye ring slips through the hole of my eye. I may have paid additionally for a thicker eye ring, if that was truly necessary, but I don't think I even got what I paid for with the one I received. I usually like the jewelry that you sell, but this item was not what I expected. I waited for this item expecting that you would be able to see the design of it without having to be nose to nose with me.

I have multiple piercings all over me and I ware different gages in all of them. I was able to find everything I wanted in the right sizes and didn't have to wait long for delivery. I give them 5 stars, all the way.

I was in serious need of new helix earrings. I had lost one and found this site. I ordered 14kt Tragus earrings and had them 2 days later. They are beautiful, comfortable and were here quickly. Would recommend them to others.

I bought a tongue ring for 20$ it was unassembled, when i wore it, it fell apart and I swallowed pieces. I am unable to contact bussinethe company as it has no e-mail address. I would not recommend this business to anyone, as it sells poor quality jewelry.

I ordered a nose ring- the Ferido Ball. In the picture online it shows a typical Ferido ball- which is generally a solid ball covered in tiny stones. What I received looks like a drop of glue rolled in glitter. You can see what I ordered in the link below. Too bad I cannot attach a picture of what I received.

Purchased a stainless steel stretching kit. When I pulled the items out of the box I could see that the black coating was flaking off some of the pieces. I didn't even open the packaging. The whole kit went straight in the trash because returning the items wasn't worth the money and time. The kit comes from overseas. I even called in to check if the kit was 316L as advertised. The person on the phone said it was but the quality was just aweful. Pieces looked like they were spray painted. Don't waste your money and time. Plenty of quality sights out there.

All of the piercing jewellery I ordered is good quality and the delivery arrived much sooner than expected. One of my nose hoops was an 18g when I ordered all 20g but it wasn't worth the hassle of doing a return/exchange.

Never revived tracking information or order confirmation, took over a week to arrive, and the wrong item was sent... overall really, really poor service. Won't be buying from them again.

Confirmation and shipping emails contained nothing. Just a blank email with my order number in the subject line. Item came within a reasonable time frame. Good jewelry. My daughter loves them.

I really like this company. Huge range of body jewellery & great prices. I have had only one problem every time I order. That is it usually takes a minimum of 5 weeks to receive the items ordered.
